I was looking for Nova Scotian wine, a niche product but Grape Kitchen stocked it. From ordering to delivery was less than 48 hours, the process could not have been easier or better, and I'm very happy with my Canadian wine!

Manager called me 1 day that my parcel have delay just because DHL was late to pick it up.. and he chase it for me to receive my parcel I. Sort period time.. Thank youuuu

Arrived less than 24 hours after ordering, and I was kept informed of order status regularly. TGK don't do fine wine vintages but it's good value for money and I can't fault the service. Also, the couriers actually take time to read and abide by delivery instructions, which is more than I can say for some others (Yodel, I'm looking at you). Highly satisfactory all round.

James not only provides beautiful wines ,but also a lovely friendly reliable delivery service .having recently provided the wines for my daughters wedding we have nothing but the greatest respect for his knowledge of the wines he sells and his lovely friendly service .

Absolutely incredible levels of customer service. This degree of customer service simply does not exist anywhere anymore.
In the grand scheme of things, my request was probably “small” to The Grape Kitchen, however it was a pretty big deal to me; honestly their effortless approach was totally unexpected. It made the taste and enjoyment of our wine even more special. We will be checking the stock on their website before purchasing wine anywhere else!!! Looking forward to seeing January stock come in.

Great service and quality wine. The grape kitchen came up on my Facebook adverts one day, and I'm more than happy to support local businesses. I ordered the essential box as I find it great quality and trust a great selection will be provided. It is and I always enjoy it. I really appreciate the delivery as I work and have MS so getting out and about can sometimes be a struggle. Much better taste than the supermarket wines I've had in the past. And service with a smile :).

What can I say. Excellent service. I’m not a wine buff but I have enjoyed every bottle from The Grapekitchen.
