A very professional company
A very professional company, from the office staff, the fitters and the engineers. Had a follow up visit from Dan Hartley today, he answered all of our questions and did a very professional and thorough check of the system. We know if we did have any problems then a quick call to the office and they would sort it. Excellent after care service. Highly recommended.

My wife is disabled and the installer was very clean and considerate towards her . Very tidy in his work practices. After he left there was hardly any messages to clean.

The survey got the panel calculations wrong but this was fixed by the guys who put the panels up, and the panel guys were excellent. The electricians that wired the equipment were also excellent. The kit itself feels excellent. The scaffolders were not so good. One postponement was described to me by the main contractor as “What can I tell you? They just didn’t turn up”. They also caused damage to a flat roof that the scaffold sat on. The controls are via an app on your phone and it looks good. However, the user manual lacks detail and has some complicated redundancy/duplications in it that cause issues. Optimising overnight, cheap electric battery charging with EV charging took me about over a week to figure out a work around for, that shouldn’t really be necessary and upsets the “virgo” in me. That said, even though I couldn’t get the access to the controls I wanted, the after sales care is fast and friendly and hopefully future app updates will improve the particular issue I had.

A good experience and a positive outcome.
The whole process was professional and well executed for a good result.
The office staff were very helpful.
The roofers did a good job of fitting the solar panels, despite the poor weather.
The electricians also did a good, courteous job.
Only 2 comments.
I was surprised the planning was for 2 rows of 6 panels. The roofers thought the same and went for 3 rows of 5, 5 and 2.
There was inconsistency on where the inverter would go. The proposal said inside and the plan for the electrician said outside. It went outside.
But those 2 comments aside, it was a good experience.
