Great product range but poor communication! Failure to match stated supply timescale and to inform customers of delays expected!

Lens came 13 days after order, had contact with seller all the time via website, product arrived when they said it would, excellent service and price. Would definitely recommend, but you may have to wait just a few extra days for delivery, but worth it for the saving on price.

The camera arrived originally packed, working well. The customer service was really kind and responsive. All was excellent, besides the time the process took - ordered it 2nd June, arrived 19th June. Still, I would go through it again, having how much cheaper it was comparing to other shops.

Camera arrived after a few days. Fantastic price, and amazing camera. 100% brilliant company.

They did what they promised and the product is good, would have considered a 5 if the delivery time had not taken so long.

After promises of my 24mm L mount lens being dispatched time after time It hasn't. First it was a logistics problem as they said they had plenty of stock & Fedex had a problem, again rubbish and more lies
I have had to get my credit card company involved to retrieve the money. All emails from Grandy's Camera to me have stopped and I'm being ignored. funny that... UPDATE my bank recovered the money, case went to court twice and they still denied owing me a lens but the court ruled in my favor

Great price - cheapest I found for new camera. Delivery took a bit longer than normal as coming from Hong Kong but regular updates once it was on its way.

Great price but very slow delivery

Item was competitively priced and ordering was easy.I was kept informed at each stage of the process and the courier let me know where the parcel was and when it would be delivered. A very good service all around. Thank you.

Great service, price and delivery. Nothing to complain

It was not made clear that products would be dispatched from china / that customer service would be based there & no UK number. The “Bristol” address was very misleading. Number of strange excuses as to why my camera wasn’t being dispatched (stock with seal broken arrived, delayed stock, FEDEX issues) left me very worried it was a scam. After 2 weeks I asked for a refund and received it within a few hours.

They had the sort of camera I wanted and, as they are now hard to find, I did a webchat with them to confirm that they actually had what I wanted in stock. On confirmation I ordered the camera on a 5-7 working days delivery. The confirmation email then said it would be 7-10 days. 5 working days in (on a Friday) I got a further email apologising for the delay in sending the tracking details. On querying whether we were still on target for the 10 day delivery I did not get a response on the Monday but then on the Tuesday had notification of the tracking. From then till arrival was 5 further working days (Bank Holiday Monday being part of the week). So the parcel arrived 12 working days after order. Although longer than first mentioned they did keep me informed. I was just a little surprised it had come all the way from Hong Kong but it was very interesting watching its journey on the tracking.

Good Communication, as i been going for holidays and cannot to collect an order i been asking for Order cancelation and refund, refund process was easy and fast. Thanks.

Apart from an issue with the courier which was out of their control, Grandy's did a good job. I would use again.

I got my camera. Yes it came from Hong Kong but could not find it in the UK so, glad Grandy's has it :)

I ordered two lenses for a family wedding. The first one I was advised was out of stock and would need to wait 3 weeks (which I agreed to do). After 3 weeks, I was advised that it was out of stock and would need to wait 3 weeks so could not have been received in time for the wedding. As a result the order had to be cancelled and at short notice I have had to find an alternative supplier. The other lens I was notified of dispatch with tracking information but nearly 2 weeks later it still hadn't been received from the warehouse to the delivery company. Given what was happening with the other lens, by this time I was starting to worry if I would receive it, although it did eventually arrive.

Further to my recent review, I received a refund within one hour of it being posted and I am very relieved that this has happened so quickly, but sorry that it took 4 and a half months and a negative review to get a settlement.
I am under the impression that Grandy's are inferring that I do now have the CanonSX70, as well as the refund, but this is absolutely not the case - the camera has NOT been returned to me and I have never been given a plausible explanation as to when it would be returned to me.
This has been a very frustrating and stressful time as I.have really needed the camera, but trusted the explanations given by Grandy's.
I have no idea where they are based - my refund came from an address in Sheridan, Wyoming - a town that I have visited on several occasions and where the late Queen of England used to buy tack for her horses when she went there. The Bristol address is also a non starter.

I did have a good experience when I originally purchased my camera and it was unfortunate that it developed a fault and I had such bad customer service after that.
