I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Prebeat.

I returned a faulty product (speakers with a very loud crackling noise, possibly a manufacturing defect), and Prebeat confirmed they received the return on 24 March. After that, I received no communication at all until I contacted them myself.

Only after I followed up did they suddenly claim that the item was returned outside their 14-day policy, despite the fact that I returned it as a faulty product, which is allowed under their own 30-day return policy. This contradiction is unacceptable.

What is even more unreasonable is that I already paid for the return shipping, and now they are asking me to pay again because they say they cannot accept the return.

The lack of transparency, poor communication, and unfair handling of this case have caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I expected much better customer service and proper respect for consumer rights.

I am coming back here with another comment because I will now take this matter further to the appropriate authorities and consumer protection organizations to help me recover my money.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

shipping was fast no delays , but it arrived scratched and the top plastic hat was not in the box . I have used prebeat before and they were brilliant and their customer service was on point . very disappointed but I hope this can be resolved .

I recently had an issue where true1 connectors I ordered from another company couldn't ship them due to not realising they didn't have them in stock. With this, I was stuck and had an event on in few days. So I emailed prebeat asking if they was able to help me out. They got back to me within 3 hours saying they'd be able to help me out no problem.

Not even an hour after ordering the items, they was dispatched, and a day later on my doorstep 🙌

I couldn't be any happier. They turned a very stressful moment of mine into relaxed and calm moment.

Sadly, one packet was missing a part, but I cannot fault Prebeat for this, due to it being the packet not sealed properly from factory, on sending an email with images, they sent a new connector out free of charge.

Overall, brilliant customer service, would recommend them 100%.

Quick delivery and I am so happy

I had a £10 off voucher for anything over £100 but it would not allow me to apply to the item ordered.
I have also had no correspondence or confirmation of delivery since ordering the item last week.

Easy to find the product you need, with fast delivery times. The quality of the black theatre drapes we ordered were perfect for what we needed.

One of the items had a fault but a replacement was sent out immediately with next day delivery and I still recieved it in time for the event we needed it for.

Terrific service. When DPD 'delayed' our parcel which was needed for a stage event, Darren arranged for an urgent order to be sent next day delivery. Typically both parcels then arrived on the same day, but a theatre can never have too many confetti cannons in stock at this time of year!

I have used pre-beat many times in the past and always received prompt attention and good service. This occasion was no different - supplying a good quality and value component in time for my event.
