Versatile pos system
Bought a self serve kiosk and epos from Grafterr, Arqam from Grafterr IT helped me to connected the system from the very front of the restaurant to the very back of the kitchen. All under controlled from my personal laptop. Lots of functionality to be explore. Great system, good job guys!

Just wow, I’m a new customer (CASA MIA MCR) and this system is amazing it has everything! The response time they take to reply is unbelievable so quick and they resolve the matter straight away on WhatsApp or video call. Payment are send to your account the day after another amazing feature.

Have been updating various menus on the system and have to say the member of staff Neil Johnson was absolutely fantastic.
He was super patient, helpful, very knowledgeable, highly professional and no ask was too much for him.
I truly appreciate his support in helping us complete this project. He is a credit to his team and his company and hope he gets recognised for his efforts.

Used card payments tried too keep my money and refused too give me back threated them with ombusman but then refunded me but still took a fee I am going to claim my fee back as well wot use robbed me for.
I wouldn't recommend this they don't give u ur money waited over 1 week a joke off a company

We're working hard to keep our platform and users as safe as possible against fraudulent activity, and to do this, we sometimes need to complete additional verification checks. Whilst these checks can be annoying, they allow us to make sure businesses using GO! are genuine and keep our community safe.
As soon as you complete your verification, you'll be able to use your account as normal.

Not paying out the money
Not paying out the money sold on their card. Been chasing them from last one week. Not helping. Please avoid them. I got serious anxiety and stress because of my money as they are not paying out.

Best Epos system and incredibe Team, just what we were looking for!
Tried a couple of Epos systems before but they did not meet our needs or expectations but with Grafterr, the best decision we ever made. We have had their system now since Nov 2022 and it includes epos system with integrated kitchen display and ordering platform.
Amazing team from sales to onboarding and technical support, nothing is too big or small for them. Incredibly patient and very professional. Reassuring at all times when things go wrong and swift to put right. Knowledgeable and understand our business model.

So far issues we faced was fixed, we are happy with service they provide. No user end fees monthly payments charge's reasonably low. I recommend this to all businesses no hidden fees and charges like other providers do
