Good product for a good price. B grade item was in good condition with only slight cosmetic marks. Laptops seem totally fine and functioning perfectly. Ordering was quick and easy and delivery came within a few days, which was fine. Tracking for delivery was OK. Box was protective of goods, and in good condition on arrival.

We have used Grade A several times now for purchases and every time the service has been excellent, prompt delivery, competitive pricing.

At first glance the laptop looks new and fair for the price I got it. The major problem is the charger isn’t working and the dents and bruises are far way more than described.

Easy to order. Online ad stated “grade B” e.g., some cosmetic marks/scratches which I wasn’t bothered about. However what arrived was much better than expectations. Very happy with it so far. Booted fine and setup/configured the pre-installed Windows 11 Pro. All in all a good experience so far.

I phoned and chatted to them before I ordered as I had a few questions. They couldn’t have been more helpful.
I ordered on Thursday and the laptop arrived on Friday which was amazing.
It was meant to be a B grade laptop, If this is B grade than A grade must be brand new. I couldn’t find any marks on it other than the smallest scratch beside one of the usb ports.
It starts up fast, is really responsive and the battery lasts over 6 hours (that’s the longest I’ve used it for in one go so far).
If you’re nervous about buying a refurbished laptop (like I was) then you really don’t need to be. I’ve got a really high spec laptop at about a third of the retail price of a new one and I couldn’t be happier.

Fast and efficient service !

Arrived quickly, excellent condition.

I placed an order for a touchscreen monitor, I decided I wanted to change my order for a similar model with a longer manufacturer warranty. I called a few times, they answered quickly and were always helpful (and changed the order for me!).

I then had a problem with the monitor, and after speaking to the manufacturer it looks to be a faulty unit. Grade A Technology have again been amazing, I'm returning the monitor back and they're shipping me a replacement.

Customer service is 5*, product was exactly as described and delivery was fast (DPD). I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
