Team was on time. They listened really well to the info and instructions given at the huddle, asking relevant questions. Very efficient and careful with moving delicate historical records. The whole team was very friendly and approachable - listening to further instructions as the day went on.

The Guys arrived for the pickup on the day and on time. Loaded my stuff quickly and without any questions. It arrived on the day at the arranged time and was unloaded quickly and all in one piece. The staff at all times were very helpful and friendly.

From my initial phone call to Grace Removals to the very end the whole process exceeded my expectations. Their staff are experienced efficient on time and very good communicators. My furniture and artwork was picked up stored for 2 months and every piece was returned in the same condition as it left my home. Grace removals were amazing!! This was our first moving experience having been in our family home for 47 years. The staff were so efficient and friendly.

Extremely poor communication, none to speak of in fact. The time of pick up was not advised. The sales person was rude and condescending when called on the day to co form pick up time. The removal team had no idea they were being paid to pack and move, they thought it was just a move. Then at our new address they blocked a loading dock with their truck which resulted in the police being call. A disastrous stressful experience for my elderly parents. A friend had recommended Grace to them. Overall a poor experience and my parents paid far too much for a move that took a couple of hours. Would not recommend to anyone.

I've used grace several times now for domestic home content relocation. Every time they are price competitive and provide faultless service. I don't even get other companies quotes anymore and will continue to use Grace as my preferred removalist

Communication was exceptional, staff were professional, hard working , polite and easy to work with.

Communication was inconsistent and not accurate, lengthy delays with receiving our items and overcharged based on volume.

They answered their phone to begin with. The staff knew their jobs and quickly organised my pick up and delivery. Excellent service all round.

They are reliable, my items showed up on time and the guys who delivered were very friendly.
They didn’t damage my items and given it was coming from Sydney to Melbourne.
My one fear was items being lost in transit or things not showing up or being broken but none of that happened and my bed head and mattress was wrapped in plastic sheeting.
If you require a tv box it will incur $70 more on the quote, and also which a lot of places will probably do aswell if you live above ground floor then there will be extra fees but lucky for me I was ground floor so there wasn’t an extra fee and it was all very easy getting my items inside.

The packing was amazing - very careful and well-executed. Nothing was damaged (nothing)!
The three guys who delivered my belongings were friendly, very nice, and knew what they were doing. They were well-organised and worked like demons. It's hard to describe how impressed and appreciative we were with them. Fantastic.
