The team are always so professional and supportive from booking through to the move. I always use Grace and recommend them to my family and friends.

This is the third time I have engaged the services of Grace removals. Our sales consultant, Patrick, was very helpful and our removalists were extremely professional and of great assistance.

Couldn't ask for a better team of guys! Especially unloading in Melbourne! Awesome crew!

Grace Workplace Solutions provided us with excellent support and expertise to successfully relocate our offices in Sydney. The best words to describe the service are responsive and adaptable. The scope of our relocation kept changing on a daily basis and the Grace team were able to provide us with solutions that were cost effective and got the project completed on time. The crews were hard working, courteous and had plenty of experience that was invaluable. Great job, highly recommended.

From the first meeting to determine what service needed, to the fixed, itemised written agreement and insurance options for my pack, move, store, unpack move, Grace were highly professional. The after move service checking in that all is as expected and the box pick up meant a stressless experience.

Grace were very professional, prompt and helpful, communicated with me throughout the whole process of collecting my belongings and shipping. Id recommend them to anyone moving.

We felt totally supported in our move from Sydney to Tasmania from the very moment a Grace representative came to our Appartement to assess how much stuff/ belongings/ furniture we had and estimated the volume to give us a quote to the delivery day in Tasmania, when all our boxes arrived at our new home.
Communication throughout was absolutely excellent!

I just wrote a review for Grace and forgot to copy it so I could paste here. All in all, the teams that looked after both pickup and delivery were absolutely awesome. They made the whole experience as seamless as possible. I despise moving and therefore their professionalism and proactive was made the whole situation so much more palatable.
Anyway, highly recommended…. Their teams were seriously super!

The three removalists aka. Arthur, Mitch & Campbell were super . Can't commend enough. Dynamic trio. Grace Removals communications eventually worked out. This is the second time I've used them. The Dynamic trio, I would give them 100 stars. Well done guys.

Great customer service, great value for money.

We were nervous about choosing a removalist company as there is a lot of bad feedback out there.
We chose Grace and they were very good. They were friendly throughout the stressful interstate move and collected and delivered our stuff with little fuss.

Customer service was great with helping getting my stuffs to Perth . Price was decent .

The thing I like about it is they so organised everything is on service very tidy. You get your item on time with great service

The whole process was excellent, from the time I called to book an onsite meeting to view what I wanted to ship to the UK (contents of apartment excluding furniture) and many paintings from an outside storage location, the quotation and follow up process and eventual booking to pack, what smooth and very well managed. Following quotation and decision to engage the shipper, I was emailed all documents required to proceed. The packers themselves were on time, efficient, came with requisite materials, carried out the job swiftly and quietly. The goods arrived the other end through the local agents, who again were excellent, and proof was in the pudding as to how the packers did an amazing packing job, resulted in not one breakage despite the majority of shipment was highly breakable items. Paintings were very well wrapped and into carton boxes and no damage there either. Very happy with Grace Removals I would recommend them to anyone.

Very professional and easy dealing with Grace. The stuff always help me and answer all my doubts and they transported all my stuff with care, no one of my stuff was damage and the crew from the removal was very friendly and funny. 100 % I recommended this company

We moved over three days and each team was uniquely efficient. the 2 ladies packing were pleasant and caring, the 2 guys moving the furniture were efficient BUT the unpackers were beyond compare in the intelligent way they organized the kitchen and the rest of the house. It helped that I had grouped items according to the rooms they were to fit, prior to packing

The team were warm and friendly as well as professional and diligent. They were very careful with our belongings and thought threw the day well.
