Grace Removals Group - Brisbane Recensioni

Staff are friendly, consensus, on time, polite, very protective of items.

Great service from start to finish. The people that packed all items and then delivered and our bed and other things together were great. Tim and Tatiana who did quotes and all admin work were brilliant

We moved from Coffs Harbour-Perth,from the first point of contact with Dan to the last point of contact was nothing short of amazing! The quote price was the house and car,the quote didn’t change.
I had Grace pack my house up to and everything came to Perth in perfect condition, not one thing was broken! Each item is labeled and your name is out on everything. The care and professionalism this company showed us was unbelievable,I would totally recommend this to anyone who wants peace of mind and a stress free move.
Cheers guys

Professional, on time and adapted to works as they happened on the day. Grace manage a complete office and warehouse move for our company in QLD. Would definitely reach out to Grace for future projects, pleasure to work with.

Terrific experience with Grace: great customer service and responsiveness. Everyone I met with was helpful. The price was right for me; good value for money

Both the pick up team and the delivery team were excellent, professional and very friendly. This is the second time we have moved with Grace and we wouldn't hesitate to refer them to friends and family looking to move.
Thank you to the whole Grace team.

I would highly recommend Grace Removals. They provided a fantastic service to us for our recent office relocation. Everything was very well organised in the lead up to the move, communication and response times were great and the removal team were professional and efficient.

The grace team maintained good contact in the build-up to the move. The removals team worked very hard and were very careful to pack up our belongings. Delivery was as close to our planned delivery date as possible given the short notice, and the delivery team were absolute machines offloading the boxes. The operatives are very hard workers, pleasant to work with and courteous.

Kahlia Lynam made everything happen!

The team that turned up were lovely and got in and got it done.

Good communication, adaptable to our changing needs, flexibility, polite and efficient staff. Very happy with the service

The team had our office relocation and unpack finished in under 5 hours, great communication and very flexible.

The professionalism and support I had with moving my sons boxes from NZ.
Kept me informed pf where it was at with the pick up from shipping storage to Cairns and the most delightful guys to meet to do the collection.
Had used Grace removals for my own things before many years ago to relocate from NZ to OZ and would use them again in a heart beat. Keep up the good work team

We have received our goods on time and good are still attached. The team with their professionalism, efficiency and proactive was made the whole situation so much more easy.

Both of them has completed the works, so much more acceptable. We would like to give Jordan and Brandon......1Milllon LIKES.....😊😊😊😊😊😊 and thank you for your service and hard work.

They are punctual and very empathetic and understanding .I had some issues and and I told them my problems .And the support I got was tremendous and overwhelming

Experience with Grace from start to finish was fantastic. Nathan and Kahlia made the move super easy and their team of removalists were fantastic.

I moved four boxes of clothes and household stuff from Brisbane to Dubai in Feb 2023. Service provided by Grace Removals is excellent. Their price was reasonable, pick up process was smooth, they provided "worst case" transit time of 3 to 6 months. However, the cargo actually arrived just in 2 months. They kept updating me about the status of transit. Their UAE conveying agent was really good. They had well coordinated smooth delivery process. I received all my stuff in mint condition without any loss or damage. Will definitely use Grace Removals again for international cargo transfers.

The team arrived on time and conducted an inspection before starting to move things. I think the team could have communicated better amongst themselves through the course of the job. They got the job done in the time allocated and were very friendly and worked hard.

Experience was pretty good!

Company was flexible with schedule of install, guys worked pretty well. Ran exceptionally well when Dan Cox was running the show.

Finding a few issues after the install but the Company who supplied the goods is working through that.

All in all, pretty happy considering the scale of the job!
