What a great team at Grace! Alan, Ken, Richard, and Arno are fantastic!

Their attention to detail, taking care of Metro’s equipment as their own, as well as their humorous attitude to making this move so smooth and fun for all of us!!!

We had a fun day on Sat, and Richard (Asian guy) came to drop off the key he'd picked up yesterday.

If we do move again in 6 years’ time, we will have no doubt about going back to Grace!

Thanks, Ryan, too, for the back-and-forth communication before and during the move over the past few days. Much appreciated here.

The team were very flexible and accommodated our schedule changes without missing a beat. When on site they got about their work with no fuss, just got stuck in and made it happen in the minimum amount of time. The team lead (Stephen) was excellent to work worth, organised his troops well and ensured that they had done as much as they could each time they were on site, and kept checking to make sure that there wasn't anything else they could do to help with the move.

UPDATE: We got a call after this review and got our container about 3 weeks later. Friendly 2 guys who delivered it. Only one bowl was broken out of all the boxes. I am changing my rating because of the end result. The container arrived almost 4 months after they packed it.They will also collect all our boxes when we have emtied it. We moved from Germany to Townsville using Crown which uses Grace Removals in Australia as their agent. It has been 3 months now. According to our tracking nr our container arrived in Brisbane mid September already. We called we emailed with NO response what so ever. I read all their adverts about excellent customer service, well I have not experience it as no one is answering our calls or emails. Super stressful!

Very disappointing service from Grace Removals Brisbane.

I emailed on 6 October to arrange delivery and have called numerous times since. Each time, I was told someone would contact me, but nobody followed up.

Storage invoices always arrive on time, but getting a delivery confirmed seems impossible.

The issue is still unresolved, and I’m posting here because I’ve tried repeatedly to contact Grace without getting anywhere. I just need someone to take responsibility and sort this out.

I was more than happy with the booking and packing and move and delivery service. All people were courteous and "take charge" attitude but for one small exception.
My disappointment was a missing clothes dryer air vent cover for my Electrolux front loaded dryer. Hard to know what happened to it as one team loaded in Brisbane and another team delivered in Sydney. (it is only a small item but is a necessary fitting and obviously absent - a little irritating though)

We booked Grace for our interstate move, but the experience was an absolute nightmare. Shane from Grace was initially very helpful. He made multiple promises about when Grace would be able to pick up and deliver our belongings. When we tried to confirm the final details the next day with Shane he avoided our calls and messages.

We finally contacted their head office to get answers. Only after doing this did Shane finally speak to us to tell us he could no longer honour what he had previously promised.

Leaving a family with a baby scrambling to find a new removalist with less than 48 hours' notice is completely unacceptable and incredibly stressful. We are extremely disappointed at the level of service and professionalism of Grace. Avoid this company if you want a reliable move.

I recently engaged Grace Workplace (Brisbane) to do a relocation and furniture removal from Brisbane to Sydney for one of our valued clients, from the initial point of contact with Nathan O'brien to the uplift led by Jon Wihongi, the process was smooth sailing. Nathan was very knowledgeable and precise in the pricing and scope of works which was followed by the team being on site and doing the works with ease.

Highly recommend the team and I'm sure we will be using them more frequently in the near future.

Grace Bros we’re delivering or picking up from the neighbours home at 10 Clune St. Oxley 4075. The truck sideswiped my car that was legally parked in front of our home. I have tried twice to contact them but have not received a reply. I would suggest they are not an honourable company at all and should be avoided.

The team kept us informed throughout the process from the initial quote with Nathan, to bookings, adjustments and then on the day. While there was an unplanned interruption to our move, the team worked hard to resolve the problem. The operations coordinators, Ash and Jazmine, kept us informed and the team supervisor on-site, Michael, was professional, courteous and easy to deal with.

Please dear Grace I would love to give 5 stars but lack of communication from your very busy representative (name not given here) is causing me so much stress. His dates for dropping off a couple of boxes keep changing. Please, will you send someone with 2 teachests as soon as possible so I can pack (barely a cubic metre) and you can collect the boxes to ship to UK. Sincere thanks, Nigelle - Kedron

Team provided fantastic service, very organised, professional courteous and efficient. Nothing too difficult and the move was carried out very quickly by the delivery crew.

What made the experience great was the professionalism and attitude of the crew. They successfully removed large assets through a complex pathway within our venue and delivered them safely to our warehouse, all while being courteous, respectful, and highly efficient. They took great care of both the property and the assets, communicated well throughout the process, and approached every challenge with a positive attitude. This company clearly excels at providing reliable, capable crews who take pride in their work and deliver excellent service from start to finish.

Well organised professional team.
Managed to achieve the delivery despite being told it cannot happen by the receiving side the night before.
Pushed through 'ambulance requiring injury' to achieve the objectives.
With all the issues utilised the back office team as much as the front. All very professional. Will use again.

I want to specifically praise Moving Consultant: Ryan Villani , Leading hand on the day: Stephen Summers and Secondary leader: Terry Leader .

The whole team was superb in Communication, organisation ,punctuality, professionalism.

Ryan- was very quick in organising Stephen to come to the site on the first day in contact. He was very good in the action. It definitely put an ease on my mind from the beginning.
Stephen- very good with communication and organisation of the whole process. He made it very easy for me. He also organised the remove of craft on the second day after discussion which was very good.
Terry- showing team leader role, very well communicating with client ( myself ) on the day. He listened to client and spoke to me very respectfully. He also communicated well with the whole team to make the move very smoothly.

Overall efficiently executed, very accommodating and flexible in supporting our plan. It was great to see the moving teams actively participating in the daily pre-start meetings each morning. One area for improvement is strengthening adherence to customer EHS requirements to ensure full compliance throughout the project.

Their communication in email was wonderful and their willingness to work with our move plan (in several iterations was very much appreciated).

I just wanted to pass on how impressed we all are with Derick’s assistance over the past 3 days.

He has gone absolutely above and beyond with our furniture moves which have been all over the place. He’s so proactive and organised which just made the whole process run so much more smoothly.

The team were so polite and really great to deal with. They made a stressful experience easier and were so accommodating with the change of times and the stairs they needed to use to get our furniture into our new office.

The great service from start to finish. Amazing! Vlad explained the whole process. The pre-pack with Dan and Peta were fantastic and the movers John and Jefferson could not do enough for us. Highly recommended.
