The website approved my submission on February 21, including the photos I scanned. I paid $45 for an International Driver's Permit and delivery via FedEx. About five days later, a Govworks Email informed me that the uploaded photos of my driver's license were not good. I immediately submitted new photos, which the website said were acceptable. I was promised an International Driving Permit by March 6. It is March 9. I have not heard from GovWorks, and there is no phone number nor customer service Email.

Today, I went to AAA. I filled out a simple application, they took my picture, I paid $26 and received my IDP within 15 minutes of walking in the door. You don't need these clowns. Just take your DL to AAA.

Don’t use this service! Or any service to renew or order your passport. All they do is ask you the questions to fill out the application, which you can do yourself. Then you must print out the application and still go get photos taken and take it all to a post office to be processed. So the $100+ they charge is ONLY to fill out the application which any fourth grader could do. Just go the the government website they have the same kind of interactive application process and you don’t have to pay. I can’t believe I was so stupid. You can get a refund BEFORE you download the application form so don’t download it. You can do it yourself.
