Great cycling clothing company. Were quick to answer my queries regarding sizing and went the extra mile to sort out an issue with delivery after I made a typo when inputting my address. Highly recommended.

Great experience
The sizes run smaller than I even expected, but once I figured out my right size, their products are great, these are my favorite cycling jerseys.
When I got the wrong size, the swap process was easy and after I received my new jerseys, I immediately ordered more.
Even with the sizing bump-in-the-road, this was a great experience

A wonderful company
A wonderful company! Had an issue with the delivery of the initial order but one word to Aaron and it was replaced! Service was friendly and prompt, and the kit was great quality! Highly recommended!

Very good service - and nice jersey
Had an issue with my order and each time (two issues in the end) fixed quickly and surpassed expectations.
Also helped that jersey has been excellent for the money. 👍🏻🚴

Very slow postage from China, poor customer service
Ordered a jersey from Govelo - very poor experience. Firstly there is no size guide on the site so I had to 'guess' my size. Being as the clothes are posted from China it took 5 weeks to arrive. It was the wrong size and customer services said another would be sent out from China. I didn't want to wait 5 weeks to try a different size so asked for a refund. They were not at all happy to give a refund but asked me to post it back to China at a cost of 16GBP. I didn't bother and will just take the hit.
Aaron seems to answer a lot of the queries internationally and has poor grammar: I'm guessing 'Aaron' is a name attached to whoever in China is replying to the emails that day.
Overall: poor customer service, very slow delivery and all the problems of dealing with buying from the other side of the planet. I wouldn't go anywhere near this company again.

Fantastic service and brilliant product
This is the first time I have ordered anything from Govelo and I have been so impressed by their customer service. I misjudged the size of the jerseys I needed but Aaron at Govelo responded to me the same day and it was all resolved without any problem at all. Great quality product too…. I’ll certainly be telling my friends! Many thanks Aaron

Great jersey and even better service
The product was great and the price very good. What was exceptional was the customer service. I ordered what I thought was the correct size, but it sat too large. This issue was responded to and dealt with very quickly, and beyond my expectation. You do not get that happening often these days.
