After two years of service buying again
I bought eight of these pole lights a couple of years ago, these fixtures have worked very well. They have weathered storms and huricanes. The fixtures still look good. I am buying them again and would recommend them.

almost a month and still not shipped
Customer service team is great, friendly and pleasant. This company gets one star because the product we ordered said it would ship in 2-4 days, it's been 29 days and the product has not shipped. I've contacted customer service twice and had very pleasant converastions with them each time, but still have no idea when my order will ship.

Slow service
Not happy with how long it got to me.
Also the tracking kept saying it would be delivered, but never showed up.! That lasted for a few days..

It shipped cross-country from California, which likely accounted for the transit time with the carrier. While we do not have influence over transit times once a package has been tendered by any of our vendors to a carrier, we sincerely apologize that your order took so long to reach you and we appreciate you letting us know.

Frustrated
Pleased with the product that I finally received. A package no bigger than a standard letter took over two full weeks (14 days 12 working days). The ordering web site is clunky and does not accept both a billing address and a charging address. Took me several phone calls and emails to finally straighten issues out my order.

Our website can accommodate a separate billing and shipping address. In order to do so, one must uncheck the box next to "My billing and shipping address are the same" under step 3 (i.e. Payment Method) of our secure checkout. Very nice people but order has been…
Very nice people but order has been plagued with problems from the start with no confirmations, then delivery of only one of the two needed bulbs. Finally got delivery and missing the 8' pole. Still no tracking on the second bulb after more than a week! They keep saying their working on it, but I have to keep calling .... not forthcoming with information.

Our records show a tracking number for the additional bulb was emailed to the address associated with your order yesterday. However, upon further review the email bounced and/or was rejected by your email service provider.
We have re-sent the tracking from an alternate internal email. If you still haven't received it, please contact our team at (866) 390-5227 to provide an alternate email address for the tracking details to be sent to.
We can also provide them by phone. We are available M-F from 6am - 4pm Pacific and Sat from 7am-3pm Pacific.
Regarding the 8ft pole, our team is working with the vendor to get that shipped out ASAP.
