Truely this is the most powerful 1/2” impact gun on the market, I got tired the the Milwaukee quitting on me…so when I saw this deal, I had to try it…ya better be hanging on to it, it ever removes my Semi truck nuts when fully charged battery is used.

We recently purchased a cordless tiller. Was a great product until batteries failed charging. Called company with in days two new batteries arrived! Customers service was outstanding! Would highly recommend!

The rototiller I purchased broke but Alloyman made it right and sent me a new rototiller and multiple other tools for free and for me to try. Thanks Alloyman

I just received my hedge trimmer a couple of days ago. I used it for the first time yesterday. I was very impressed with the ease of handling and it's performance. I needed a tool that would help me with shaping my two small trees. I was using an old cumbersome pruner with a pull rope to cut individual smaller branches. Very time intensive and physically demanding for me. The ALLOYMAN hedger has removed all of that difficulty. I can now complete this job in half the time and not feel totally drained when finished. I am totally sold on this tool. Thank you.

They said they gave me a refund but I never received it. After 3 months I give up. I will never buy anything from them again. And I advice anybody not to buy anything from them. They won't even reply

No one will contact me about my purchase. USPS returned it because you used the wrong Zipcode.
Now I can't get any response from Alloyman services.

Lost the charger and much to my chagrin, learned that Amazon doesn’t carry the separate charger. After much effort, was able to track down Alloyman service and ordered one through them. Never received it. Have emailed and called but after a month, still don’t have it!

I bought the laser level from this company one year ago, quality is good and the laser light is visible, not like others i used before, I contacted the company for issues with my charger, and they already sent a replacement charger, good customer service is good, i will do business with them when i can

I had a problem with one of my batteries that I received. I sent a message to the website and the person got back to me pretty quickly. He helped resolve the issue and they were sending a replacement battery. Thank you so much for your assistance.

i have used the saw three times. tensioner broke in half inside chain cover. after two phone calls emails to every support site they tell you about, can not get any help. willing to repair it myself but they don't have replacement parts. no one believes chain saws don't break but every reputable company provides replac ement parts. still under waranty but nothing from them.

ALLOYMAN tools are great products built to last that every man AND woman can use successfully. I recently purchased the 20v battery operated tiller, and it works like a dream. Customer communication and service are impeccable. I was able to use the tiller with its extra battery to complete an entire project—I had to post a video because my friends couldn’t believe how well I was handling the product. Customer service was great. Very tentative to my issue

This company is selling laser levels with ALT16 batteries on Amazon but does not have replacement ALT16 batteries available anywhere. Both batteries refused to charge after one cycle. The charger provided not other same electrical spec chargers do not charge the batteries. The batteries list an email address on the label which returns a sender not found notice. I contacted another email found on the website for help and they did not respond to my email. I now have a useless heap of junk and cannot do anything about it even if I was willing to purchase additional batteries out of pocket, because they aren't available online. I heavily advise against purchasing from alloyman tools.
