Overall Great Experience
I was skeptical at first but after a quick half hour call with Miguel I was pleased to hear I could be entitled to a rebate for pension payments. Miguel stayed in contact providing me with updates regarding what I would be due back from HMRC, overall a great service, very helpful and very friendly, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Smooth Process
Charles Chapman was brilliant throughout the full process. Explained very clear what was needed from me and how it works. From initial conversation to receiving my money was only a few weeks which was brilliant. Defiantly be using yearly and recommend to anyone

Service deteriorated
Used these for a couple of years now. The guy I used to deal with was very responsive. However now dealing with a guy called Josh who can’t seem to be bothered to reply to emails. Service has definitely gone down hill

Great bunch a guys .
I dealt with Charlie and he was fantastic..smooth process from start to finish and went the extra mile for me getting stuff done in 24 hours to not miss the year cut off.
