I got your reply but the hotel told me that it was actually collected around 2nd November. You also printed an email that was not the one I gave you and you must know this because you keep emailing me tracking for other parcels?????

The prices on the website were irrelevant so my order was cancelled after I have paid it. The “new” prices are twice higher

Editing again to advise that according to tnt my package is not being delivered as the tnt depot it was sent to is closed. Please see this is the email received from tnt: Due to Covid restrictions the depot is currently closed due to covid. This was a decision made in Australia by the government agency due to Covid 19 action, due to this we are unable to deliver until advised by the governing body. Please keep an eye on tracking for an update when it goes out for delivery. Due to the nature of this delay we are unable to assist unfortunately. Therefore it is not due to Australian customs it is because tnt sent the package to a depot that is closed due to covid. I appreciate the quick response I am getting here as I did not get a replywhen I emailed you directly looking to change the size ofy package

Editing to say that I have read your response and unfortunately it does not match the response from the courier company which states delay is due to covid implications, n customs clearance which the tracking information states has been completed at least 5 times int he same depot.
I understand covid effects things these days and therefore quoting a certain amount of days for delivery should not be done if it cannot be delivered within that timeframe. I paid for 5-6 day delivery and am currently at 11 days and packaging tracking is stating the same information every day that the package left a certain location, then back to that location, now to new location and back to last location etc. For the price I've paid I would have expected my package to be delivered by now. I will not be recommending your company to any one I know what ship abroad

Highly recommend my daughter received her parcel really quickly considering customs held it for a day and there was a $20 charge will definitely use this service again cheapest around so far
