I still didn’t get a parcel . Around 2 weeks , I can’t get a parcel .

It shoul take time to delivery no more than 7 days

Despite telephoning to check if it was ok for the courier to provide the label details and being told it was ok , I then make the booking and no one picked it olio and I received a refund the next day. I phoned again and was told they would sort it out and email me . I’m still waiting for that. I have now re arranged with a different courier . Would not use them again .

I booked a pick up Sunday evening at 7 , it was picked up at 11 the next morning delivered 24hrs later. An excellent efficient service , all done online. Package was from kilrush to Cobh.

I booked for a collection for a parcel to be collected and delivered over the Christmas period. Unfortunately it wasn't collected initially and due to the holidays, that was delayed. However Abbie in customer services was absolutely brilliant. She contacted me at the first opportunity and collected the parcel in the uk and it was delivered the next day to Dublin. She called throughout to ensure I was kept informed of the status and because of this excellent communication. I would use this service again without hesitation.
Sometimes things can't be helped.)(Christmas delays) so you have to rely on a good customer team. Well done. Brilliant!!!

GoParcel have really caused so much stress and worry as well as costing us a lot of money. I chose them over other companies as they seemed reliable going by the reviews. They are any thing but reliable. It's been a series of incorrect information and fobbing me off with apologies from start to finish, and its not actually finished yet. My parcel was supposed to take a week to get from Ireland to Spain, its still not there 12 days later. I booked it because it was extremely important that my daughter receive her passport so she could take herself and her 1 year old back here. The flight is tomorrow and still no sign of the package, we cant even book another flight just in case it comes. Day by day the flights get more and more expensive...she can only get certain ones due to having to use public transport. She suffers from ocd and anxiety. And what do you say? 'sorry'. I paid for a service and you havent fulfilled your obligation but no doubt therell be something in the contract denying liability. Like all big business, its so easy for you to blame your working partner...which is TNT, meanwhile TNT say you are responsible...seems so familiar now, this kind of messing around with peoples lives. You could at least offer to pay for a new flight...apologies are nothing. You should be ashamed of yourselves...hope your corporate bosses rot.
