I flew in from Savannah, Georgia to purchase a new truck! My flight was delayed and later cancelled, and I was stranded at the airport in Denver. Foss Ford and their team members offered immediately to pay for lodging until flight was rescheduled. The customer service was excellent, and the transaction was flawless, overall, the best vehicle purchase and decision I've ever made!

Origin Delight Cafe at Pacific Plaza in Richmond is fantastic. I went there yesterday for sweet tooth and ordered Affogato. The expresso with vanilla ice cream was a perfect match. Its bittersweet was always my mood booster. Then I order 6 pieces Western oysters to go. They opened on site and packed them nicely with ice in a box. As I had them at home, wow… they were soooooo fresh and juicy. No wonder they were named as Sun Seeker. The customer service was so nice and they would help you forget you were at the food court. Their food can WOW you, good food, good price, good service, especially in Origin Delight Cafe.

Best Storage Unit and Service
My husband and I for the last 5 months having been renting a storage unit from Access Storage.
They are wonderful. The manager Lindsay was a huge help, very friendly and knowledgeable. She even came after hours to come meet us to let us into our unit our first day. We highly recommend using Access Storage.
Two Apricot Lane Puppies Are Better!
Apricot Lane is a breeder of Cavapoochon puppies. They breed ethically, treat their puppies like their own, treat their adoptive families with kindness, and communicate every step of the way with photos and videos. We love them so much that we have two Apricot Lane puppies. Hattie Bee is 3 years old and Her brother Harry is 2. The great thing about Apricot Lane is their willingness to help you find the exact characteristics you are looking for. Hattie is a very small female with a combination of sweet and playful personality. Harry is slightly larger with the most chill personality you would ever meet. They love each other to pieces and continually look out for each other. I cannot say enough positive things about the Cavapoochon breed and Apricot Lane. Everyone should have two!!

Do not to business with "The A Team Appliance Rep", at 69 Connie Street in Concord. They are crooks.
I called this company on Tuesday to repair my LG over the range microwave which is approximately 5 years old.
The initial cost was $80 to come out.
The service man said it likely needed a new motherboard but, he could replace the switch, apply electrical tape to the side of the control panel to keep it in place, and everything would function fine as long as the tape was in place.
I asked about a warranty, to which he replied, " three months on parts and one month labour. Not great but I agreed.
This morning I called the company to tell them the microwave is not working at all and to have the serviceman call me and that I wanted a refund. I knew the refund was a stretch but, I at least expected them to replace the switch they put in and to have the serviceman call me back.
They claim I need a new motherboard, period, no callback, no rectifying this situation in any way, no honoring the warranty because I did not buy the motherboard! So, did the serviceman bother to put in a new switch and do his electrical tape job?
I am so outraged I just tossed $400 to the wind.

I am very appalled with the customer service that I receive regarding the poor assistance with setting up my flight. Earlier last week, I spoke with a representative to complete the registration for my flight. The representative entered the incorrect month and day, so I contacted the office to make the correction. I was informed that they are charging a $25.00 service fee, which I disputed due to it was the representative error. As well, they send a link to your phone to use to set up your flights, but it does not work.
In addition, I was told that I was not able to use both my points and travel bank. Which is not accurate because I was able to use it a few days before speaking with them on this day. As well, I have used it in the past.
There was long wait time to speak with a representative as well a supervisor. This is unacceptable customer service; I have never experienced and I am not happy at all. I spent a 1 hour 39 mins waiting on the phone for something that incorrectly done by the representative.

DO NOT USE APPLIANCE REPAIR EXPERTS
October 17th/22 I hired Appliance Repair Experts for an LG range repair. I have had nothing but problems and I am out 680.00 for a range repair that has not happened. It's been over a month since I paid 680.00 for 2 new elements which turned out NOT to be the problem. A control panel was also tried and it also did not repair the stove. I have contacted the manager at Appliance Repair Experts many times (5 emails) and several calls and not once have I had a response. The technician that they sent, and whom I have been contacting by text has also been very slow to respond to my many texts. When he finally responds it is with promises that he will be back and will fix my stove. He has not returned nor called with a date to return and I'm still out 680.00 for the 2 elements that were tried Oct. 17th! I have asked repeatedly for a refund and have had NO response to my request, nor answer to my many calls and emails (5 to the manager). There is no customer service direct line and no way for me to get a hold of someone in accounting to refund my 680.00. I have been abused as a customer and would not recommend this company to anyone. Very poor service, no customer service and no way for me to proceed unless through Small Claims Court. All I want is my 680.00 returned so I can buy myself a new stove. FYI- my LG stove is only 9 years old and in very good condition until the 2 elements went on the left side.
I have lost all faith and confidence in this company and do not recommend Appliance Repair Experts to anyone. This has been a very stressful and frustrating experience and one I wish to share so no one else is deceived and swindled as I have been.

I made an appointment with Kayla because she was offering gel manicures for 50% off.
Upon arrival, I was told to sign a vague legal document concerning potential harm/accidents/covid and not being able to sue should I be injured on the premises. When I questioned specific areas of this document and what the document meant, she wasn't able to answer me. Kayla called her manager on two separate calls to gain more information. Kayla relayed what the legal document "meant", even though what is written is completely different. I said that I was not comfortable signing a legal document that was not clear/concise.
I was then shamed by Kayla. She urged me to sign the document saying, "Other's don't have a problem signing this, you should just sign it."
Kayla was visibly stressed and upset with me for my non-compliance.
I understand that giving personal information and signing consent forms are common for new clients.
I did fill out the first package (personal information) in full.
For the second legal package, I did relay that I would happily consent/sign the document if it was clear/concise. I suggested that management draw up another document correcting this but was denied.
In the end, I was not able to receive the service and told to leave.
