My spouse purchased a Renault Evolution Tce 140MY 25 on 9 Jan 2026 at Windsor Motor Mall and returned the car on 18th Feb 2026 with condensation on both front and rear lights. The car was returned to her in the same condition with the comments,
Caused by excessive rain recently, all lamps ok, condensation at normal level for time of year, will evaporate, will monitor at next service.
THIS IS AN NCT FAIL CONDITION DUE ELECTRICAL FIRE RISK.

Over two months to fix an EV not charging.
Renault Zoe I brought from Windsor MotorMall, stopped charging before Christmas, they couldn't take it in until Jan 12th. Over a week and €900 to replace a loom. On the first charging it failed again. Back to them on Feb 6th, no word until I called them today (2 weeks later), they may know more next Monday or Tuesday. So I still have no car. Very disappointing.
Worst garage that I have ever dealt…
Windsor Airside is worst garage that I have ever dealt with. My son purchased a used car. I went to collect it on Saturday for him. The sales executive Ciaran advised when signing for the car that it was an import my son decided not to take it. He assumed he was buying an Irish car. Ciaran was really rude and walked off in a huff into his office. I had to go after him to request a refund. My Son is still waiting on his refund almost two weeks later. The whole experience was so unpleasant and unprofessional. Definitely wouldn't recommend this garage. My email of complaint to the Dealership manager still remains unanswered. I would have expected better from Windsor.
If I could have given a zero star rating I would.
We purchased from Keary and the service was 5 star and so professional.
Windsor, Liffey Valley
I rang Windsor, Liffey Valley, Dublin, yesterday and spoke with Jack. I explained that I was trying to find out if it is possible to use HVO fuel in an Opel Combo Komfort van as I am interested in buying one. In trying to explain why I was asking he said, a little sarcastically, I thought, ‘’because you want to use HVO’.
I explained that, yes, that was why, but also that because I am being given different answers by people I thought to ring head office. Jack explained they were not head office, which was my error, and he gave me their number, which was helpful. He also checked my query and returned stating that their head engineer said it was never to be used, that only diesel should be used, and they could not stand over it if HVO was used. Again, this was helpful. However, I then rang Opel head office, Dublin, who were very polite and helpful. They said that once it has XTL written inside the petrol cap then it is safe to use HVO in an Opel Combo Komfort van.

My experience yesterday started off very poor. My car broke down in the middle of a busy road and I called the ‘ head office ‘ line to see could I bring it to motor mall in finglas where I purchased my car I was told ‘ we can’t give the go ahead on that I’m afraid as they are fully booked up’ my car was shut off in the middle of busy road for 3 hours and no one would help me.car was still under warranty. However I got through to motor mall and was no problem to bring it up

The worst customer service
When I was buying my car they were all lovely but my indicator has gone and its not as easy as replacing a light I have to have the whole unit replaced. I have phoned and emailed them and nothing they don't want to know. Then I get a call asking did I want to upgrade? I said no but while you're on the phone I can't get through about this issue, he didn't want to know. So do not buy from them their customer service is abismal

Be careful of the 3 year warranty on offer - we fell for the smart sales pitch - it turns out that it is 1 year from Windsor Belgard & 2 years from some unknown insurance company - if I want the vehicle towed - go through my own insurance or pay for it myself.
If they were the last car sales company on earth I wouldn't deal with them again. Horrible shower.

Are you Dead or Online - AVOID AVOID AVOID
Are you Dead or Online! That seems to be the criteria at Windsor Motormall Charlestown Dublin. If you have not contacted them on-line, you might as well be dead to them. I need to upgrade my car, I have been researching for weeks and I have narrowed down the type of car I am looking for and Windsor has them in stock. To ease things along, I have my bank loan lined up and ready to go. So, I called in person to Windsor Motor Mall in Charlestown and asked to see their used cars. I thought this was a very simple question and I presumed I would be their ideal customer. I was there on their premises, I knew what I wanted to buy and I was willing to part with my money without any finance company hassle for them. I would have been in and out in record time and they would have been "quids-in". However, my presence seemed to baffle the staff I met at their Reception. I told them that I wanted to by a Used Car and I asked if I could I see their stock. She told me the cars are viewable online (baring in mind I am on the premises and I can see the cars outside the window) and that I would have to go online to make an appointment with a sales person. I looked around. I was surrounded by Sales people, all at their desks and busy looking busy. I was with my Wife and Daughter. So I had them sit in Reception while I went out and scouted around the stock to see what was available. I was not stopped or met by anyone else from Windsor. My Wife and Daughter sat in Reception without anyone speaking to them for a good 15 - 20 minutes. At this point we decided to leave. I cannot complain about the service in Windsor. I cannot complain about the cars in Windsor because strangely for a motor sales company, I never got as far as speaking to a Sales person or been shown any cars. Customer service in Windsor is not sadly lacking, it is Non-existent. If they are going to insist the only way to review their stock or meet their sales people is by going online, the least they could do is to set up workstations with access to their website so this could be completed on the premises. In the meantime, myself and my money will go car shopping elsewhere.

In July 2023 I bought a new Suzuki S Cross from Windsor Airton. When buying it I told them that Apple CarPlay was important to me as I make a lot of calls while driving and navigation is also important. Almost from the start it kept dropping out and every time I talked to the service manager he kept insisting it was my phone and not the car. I got no satisfaction from him. After 18 months I went to another dealer who took me seriously. They replaced the usb socket and cable. That was 4 months ago and I have had no problem since. Once you pay for the car they don’t want to know you unless you are paying for a service.
The attitude when you have a problem is condescending.
I advise having nothing to do with this dealership.

I have dealt with John in the service department at Windsor Galway on a few occasions and he is credit to the company..an extremely knowledgeable,friendly and helpful man..
Also must give Gary Brown (in the same garage) a pat on the back for his professionalism and friendliness over the years..
Nissan Liffey valley -
Purchased car in Dec 2023 - 1 year warranty. Had to bring the car back numerous times, there was a leak, engine light came on (something had to be replaced but can't recall what) failed nct on wishbone. NCT also told me tyres were more than 6 years old. From day 1 breaks always screeched and reddish dust covering front tyres. was told this would be sorted. Never was. Brought car for service in April to a garage in naas and they have said timing belt is torn, need new rear brake pads, tie rods and wishbone and also needs two new front tyres. It's going to cost me a fortune. I don't understand how after only 16 months and considering the amount of times I have had to bring the car back to Nissan Liffey valley that there is still all this to be done with my car. Contacted Nissan Liffey valley and Nissan Ireland and they have said this is normal wear and tear. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR DEALERSHIP
Don't fall for their cermaic coating package scam
Don't fall for their, Supguard "ceramic coating" package they offer when purchasing a brand new car. Absolute scam artists.
My car was not ceramic coated at all. Zero hydrophobic properties on the car, what an absolute waste in excess of €400.
I was going to go back to the dealer to confront them on it, but decided to not give them return business in the future. I had planned on trading in for a new car in 3-4 years time with them and buy the same car again, but they can go and do one. Cowboys.
Do not fall for this scam. Extremely disappointing.
