The Process Is Simple and Free

Car donation
First, I have two patients that work at Goodwill and so I thought of you guys immediately. I’m thankful for all the work you do in the community.
Everyone I spoke with on the phone about the donation… So very helpful!!
I’m hard to reach during the day secondary to work, but they kept trying and I appreciate it. The tow service, the two men who came to my home, both very helpful and very personable.
The entire experience went very well now I’m just waiting for some information so that Goodwill can obtain the title. I truly hope that someone will benefit from my contribution. Thank you for everything you do and thank you for assisting me.

Out with the old!
Although it was hard to part ways with my Honda because it was a good car and still ran very well, I knew it was time for something more reliable for my needs. The entire donation and pickup process with Goodwill Car donation was smooth, quick, and hassle-free from start to finish. I truly appreciate how easy they made everything during what was a bittersweet moment for me. I hope the car blesses someone in need and that they love it as much as I did.

Great Flexible Service
I had to cancel the pickup time for my vehicle many times. David was very accomodating in rescheduling about four cancellations.. The driver phoned the day of the pickup to let me know he could arrive a half hour early if I desired.

The Goodwill contact was very nice
The Goodwill contact was very nice. She assisted us in the procedures. She made the arrangements for the pickup of our vehicle. The tow company called us to set up a time and they arrived on time and were very courteous and helpful. We are very satisfied with the service that you provided.

The Process was easy to Navigate, the Goodwill staff were kind and professional and the auction vendor staff was very courteous, professional and kept schedule and time. They called to ensure I was informed and know of them and inform me of the process. The Driver was courteous and professional. He called and text me on his way, he was on time.

It was easy to donate my car to Goodwill and the response time was quick. Communication with the representatives was quick and easy. Once pick up was arranged, the pick up driver kept in touch and was pleasant.
