Donating your vehicle takes just three steps. You contact us online or by phone, we schedule a fast, free pickup at a time and place that works for you, and we handle all the paperwork from there. DO NOT use Goodwill!
I just got a voicemail and and email from the auction company telling me that I didn’t sign the title. Maybe because the tow truck driver LEFT before I arrived. This has been a start to finish NIGHTMARE. I am so concerned that I will not get the best deduction for my vehicle because the auction company has been absolutely horrible, from trying to reschedule the pick up time without any regard for the window THEY agreed to. I am completely disgusted.

In situations where pickup timing is constrained, drivers are not always able to wait if a donor is unavailable at the agreed time. Any remaining title documentation is handled directly with our auction partner and does not impact the charitable deduction process.
We appreciate the opportunity to clarify and wish you the best moving forward.
