I went in with severe pain from plantar fasciitis. They fit me up with “custom” arch supports to correct my issue. Never relieved my pain and they won’t respond to emails when I ask about their “guarantee”. $2000 was a complete waste of money

See a Medical doctor first.

What a joke. I had tried several things, and nothing was working. I was desperate to find a cure, and I spent $1,600 hoping that Good Feet would be the answer. When they tell you no refund when you are purchasing the arches, that should have been a clue. I have no idea what I was thinking. I have been religiously wearing the arches exactly like I was told to for over three months now and my feet hurt worse than when I started. Do not fall for this scam. Please see a medical doctor first. I wish I would have.

I was suckered into buying...

I am kicking my self for not researching the Good Feet Store before I walked in (expecting to get info) and walked out stunned with a $2,000+ purchase. Shame on me for not seeing the obvious signs of their manipulative sales tactics.
I am extremely uncomfortable about the buying experience I had with not realizing that I did not need or will use much of what was sold me until I got home from the store.
Shame on me, but hope this reaches more people before they walk through their doors.

DO NOT BUY!!

DO NOT BUY!!! Over priced and a NO REFUND Policy! My wife spent $2600.00 dollars and after she realized it was money we couldn't afford we attempted to get a refund which the sales person told us the don't do refunds, they do adjustments and they were not going to refund our money!?! Do yourself a favor and research this company before you set foot in their stores!

BEWARE

BEWARE! There are NO refunds EVER. Apparently store credit and exchanges MAY be allowed under some circumstances, but only if you DO NOT wear your shoes. The shoes hurt my arches so much and I had to take them off after a brief wear at home on my carpet. But because I had worn them, they were not exchangeable. NOTHING IN THIS STORE IS RETURNABLE!! The cost is outrageous and IS NOT EVEN CUSTOM made for your feet. It is a rip off. The shoes cost $200 and the recommended inserts cost over $600. The worker boasted lifetime warranties but NEVER mentioned a word about being NONRETURNABLE! This was an expensive, crooked store. BEWARE!!

Just go for a visit and try it

I went into the store saying "what the heck" lets go listen and see. I have been battling lower back pain for over 20 years and after seeing multiple Chiropractors, all the fixes were temporary. Miranda listened to me and discussed the entire process without pressure to buy a thing. The entire visit was about me. After walking around the store in the supports, I could feel immediate relief of my lower back pain. I never had foot pain but I knew my arches and hips were messed up. This product is saving my life. Don't just think about going here for foot pain. If you have lower back issues go try it. My opinion is that there are always both sides and you can find anything you want for less money but, it doesn't always solve the issue in the end. I went to the Westwood store to see Miranda but the other two ladies are so nice that my experience was actually fun.

So far, So right

So far, so great! When I visited the store, staff was generous and informative. The staff memeber who helped was very knowledgeable and gave answers to every question I had. I had a great experience!

I didn't read reviews first. Should have. My experience is the same. High sales pitch to buy a 1500 program. I did buy one pair with much later remorse using my HSA. That was 500. These people don't give a damn. GOD STAY AWAY. THEY.NEED TO BE SUED AND SHUT DOWN.

$1399.91 plus tax - and NO RETURNS ("Exhanges or Store Credit within 30 days")! Be very careful. I wish we had spent more time to review this product but my wife needed to find a solution for her foot problem; this WASN'T it! It turned out to be tendon surgery!

I have been wearing Good Feet orthotics…

I have been wearing Good Feet orthotics for 23years. I have feet that orthopedics told me are deformed. Over the years I have been sent to podiatrists. Two of them had custom orthotics made for me. Neither pair relieved my foot pain like Good Feet orthotics. If it was not for them I would not have been able to finish my last 23 years as a hospital RN.

The company is based on a bait and…

The company is based on a bait and switch scam. They claim to be able to help you yet no one is medically trained or qualified. They claim to be qualified but they are only sales qualified. They use an insert and shoe that you try in the store, which actually feels rather good. They then give you a set of premade products that are not right for your feet and are not even close to what they allowed you to test in the store. In my case trying to wear the ones they sold me for more then five minutes hurt my feet so bad that it took two days of not wearing them for the pain to subside.
They try to sell these at an inflated price. You could get professionally made inserts for less than half the price. Ones that will actually do what they claim theirs will do.
They have a no return policy so I am stuck with high priced inserts that cause more pain then going without.

If I could give a negative review

If I could give a negative review, I would. I was in the store yesterday and bought the package for $1800. I was given a foot massager and special sneakers to wear. It did give me some relief. I came home and followed all the instructions. I woke up this morning with major pain, and the inserts were not touching the pain at all. I called after having the inserts for 12 hrs and was told no refund. I told him I was very disappointed and the manager said "ok, we can exchange for other inserts" That was it. STAY AWAY!!

I made an appointment.
When I came into the store, they asked me if I had an appointment.
I said yes and they said well it’s gonna be a while because they have two people waiting here that had appointments and they also had people that walked in. I told them I would go shop for a little bit and come back. I came back 1/2 hour later and there was not much progress. They still had two people waiting that had appointments. I mentioned to them that if people have appointments, they should have enough coverage to cover those and other staff to cover walk-ins if needed. It turned me off so much that I would not go back to the store and I will not recommend the store to anyone.

BEWARE

The company is privately owned, and, therefore, does not have to disclose profits or the amount of money spent on advertising. They obviously spend a lot of money on advertising, because the ads are so frequent. This indicates that the cost of the products is very inflated. When I went in, after a little of the marketing presentation, I asked what it would cost. When he told me the cost, I laughed, stood up, and told him that he should have started with that. They play on people's pain. Shame on them.

Not good people or good feet

The sales person took some kind of print I stepped on of my feet. She made me believe I was getting custom made high dollar top of the line insoles. They were actually prefabricated cheap insoles. I told her I had fibromas and couldn't have pressure put on them. She told me she seen people in worse shape and only 2 percent of them the insoles didn't work. She seemed so sincere and knowledgeable. I paid almost 1700.00. My feet hurt so bad after wearing them for a 6 hour shift. My ankles swelled because trying to stand sideways on my feet to take pressure off my fibromas. My fascia on my heels hurt too. I couldn't walk into see my podiatrist had to go in wheelchair. He gave me shots and wrote me a note for the good feet store stating those insoles not appropriate for my condition. The customer service lady was very kind and helped us get a refund. But the store people were awful to put it nicely. They wanted me to go for more fittings even when I went in and was in tears telling them about the pain and missing work not being able to walk. They just care about sales not people's pain.

A successful Trip to The Good Feet Store

My wife and I recently visited The Good Feet Store located in Seabrook, NH. Two ladies, Andrea and Miranda took care of us. Both ladies were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, very personable, and very professional. Their product knowledge was outstanding.We have both been long time users of the Good Feet products and were returning some items that didn't fit as well as when we bought them. The ladies did a new tracing of the foot and replaced the originals with new orthotics. We like The Good Feet Company and have recommended them to family members and friends, We are very pleased to have store closed to us that is staffed with such an excellent staff. We will continue to use them in the future.

i purchased this 4 years ago they told…

i purchased this 4 years ago they told me they were for life but about after a year i went back for a replacement the only thing they did was gave me a pair that they had changed out with someone else so i went with it then i went back today after another year same thing no new ones and only changed out one pair used ones again then on top of that she tried to get me to buy a pair of cushions for 50.00 something i know i can get from walmart or amazon for much less!

Charged an elderly woman over 3000 $…

Charged an elderly woman over 3000 $ for inserts . When she couldn’t pay it off in 100days. They had her sign up with a leasing agreement. Which if I (her daughter) did find the payments she was making - $385 per month- after she had already paid 3411.85$. The total cost would have been $6935 for shoe inserts. Once they were done scamming her. That store should be ashamed taking care advantage of people old or young. There are no inserts that should cost that much money.

Run far away!!!

I went in for pain in my left foot & ankle at the Cherry Hill NJ location. The sales associate had me try on the strengtheners & maintainers with shoes supplied in store - a pair of Brooks sneakers. Why are we trying these on with those types of shoes & not our own personal shoes? As expensive as the packages are, you would think they’d be included. I was also told that I could wear the strengtheners & maintainers at home with slippers, which I did but hours later I woke up in the middle of the night feeling like my feet were on fire.
I wore the relaxers out of the store after purchasing which I was advised that these can be worn anytime by the store associate. After wearing them for about 45 minutes, my legs & lower back were hurting. I tried wearing the relaxers to work twice in separate shoes & both feet hurt after wearing them 3 hours the first day & 30 minutes the second day. I had to take the inserts out of my shoes.
When the associate was bagging me up, that’s when the “sales policy” was mentioned - no returns or refunds. They cost $1700. A few days later I sent a complaint to the BBB & I went back to the store with the inserts telling the manager I didn’t want them. The manager still wanted me to be refitted regardless of my dissatisfaction. She took my information, my complaint & “submitted” it to customer service. The store called me wanting to resolve the issue late on a Friday afternoon almost a month later. I called them back a few days later & left them a voicemail. I didn’t receive a call back. The BBB sent me the store’s written response over 30 days later saying they still want me to be refitted. The BBB had already closed the case due to the store’s lack of response (they give 3 weeks for businesses to respond). I responded again with my dissatisfaction, told them I no longer wanted the system & said I would return it. The store didn’t respond back & BBB closed the case again. I wrote a complaint to CareCredit where I opened a line of credit & the store responded at the end of 45 days. The store’s director that provided the bank with a response gave twisted & false statements saying I still had the system in my possession - well yea because when I tried to return them I was told to take them back home. Then they stated they hadn’t heard from me when they called but I did call & left a voicemail. The bank wrote back, said they closed my dispute & told me to return back to the store with the inserts. I went back to speak with the new store manager which was the associate that originally fitted me because they let the first manager go. I was told they needed to submit this letter from the bank to customer support because they weren’t aware of any complaints. Didn’t they take my complaint when I came in the first time??? I was told I would hear something back in a day or two. I called back almost a week & a half later. I left two voicemails, an online message & called customer service to let them know I was trying to get in touch with the store manager. The woman said she would pass my message on to his director & a couple hours later he called me back. He said he would look into seeing if I could get store credit. I called him back almost a week later & he was told since it was past 60 days I couldn’t receive store credit & they still want me to be refitted.
Regardless of how I feel, they are forcing me to have & pay for something that I DO NOT WANT. I told the manager that their sales policy is terrible & I don’t trust their business.
Please stay away from this place. Ignore the commercials. Go to a podiatrist, go to a shoe store or even Walmart to get some cheap inserts or buy a pair of Skechers. Their instruction sheet even says if the inserts don’t work to go see your doctor. They know this product is not for everyone & this place can’t be trusted. They take advantage of people’s pain & make thousands of dollars from it.
