Good Eggs has some excellent products and a wide variety of grocery items. Unfortunately, their communication, tech systems, and logistics are a complete mess so not worth getting involved. They sent me a text saying an order had been delivered when it had not. When I tried to get some kind of customer service, it's only a robot and there is no way to find out what is really going on. They knew that their delivery systems were out of whack and sending customers incorrect information but they did nothing to communicate that fact. I was stuck having to run to the store at the last minute anyway in order to make a dinner party deadline. It was an a completely stressful experience that could have been avoided with reasonable communication and actual customer service. I won't be back. What's the point of technology if you are sending the wrong information to customers and generating confusion and chaos?
