I don’t recommend you use this site. I thought I was ordering from a UK based professional golf company and two young golfers giving it a go. It quickly transpired the order was coming from China and after 4 weeks I received my parcel. I had ordered 2 pairs of golf trousers of the same product in differing colours. They were different and the navy pair more like jeans and had no button hole. So disappointed I put everything back into the packaging and returned immediately. When I e mailed they came back looking a photograph but I had sent the package back and awaiting a full refund of £54.00 which is substantial figure.

Its another Chinese scam poor customer service for your money. I am sick of being scammed with poor quality products from china. I look into companies noe, golthing had a nice little piece about them making out it was a fledgling business doing well when in fact they are selling cheap tat from China. Total rip off!!!! Keep away!!….got my shorts today as expected cheap crap don’t look anything like the picture are not tapered. And you guys can say what you want but your stock is made and shipped from china and its a ripoff. Should be ashamed of yourselves. Im not even going to bother for a refund. Just going to make me more fastidious about checking these so called ‘uk’ businesses.

Misleading, Cheap, Chinese Tat

I ordered over £100 worth of clothing from Golf Thing, expecting quality items based on their website photos. The experience was extremely disappointing.

The items I received bore no resemblance to the images on the website. The materials were cheap, the branding was generic (e.g., just the word 'Sport'), and the "golf shorts" I ordered were made of an unsuitable, poor-fit material. It appears the sizing is intended for the Asian market; what was advertised as a UK size was far too small.

Delivery took an excessive amount of time, suggesting the items were drop-shipped from China rather than the UK address listed on their website.

While the company offer a refund, save yourself the time and take heed of the other negative reviews online and do not risk ordering from this company. The products are low quality and I feel embarassed handing them over to a charity clothes shop.

Item faulty

Item faulty, trying to get refund and not getting anywhere with the company. They replied to my return email asking me to send pictures of the damage, I’d explained there was no damage but product didn’t work, they asked me to try charging item for 20 mins which I did, still not working. I then get another email saying return requested cancelled as I didn’t answer their emails, sent screen shots of my replies to which I have had no response. Terrible customer service

Complete con Avoid

The quality of the product that arrived is shocking. It's nothing like the imagine displayed on the website. The stitching is dreadful I'd struggle to find a lower quality polo top if I tried.
If it wasn't for the fact that people are being ripped off for their money its so bad it would be funny.

Nothing positive to report - wouldn’t use again

When I placed the order it said that it would arrive in 5-7 business days but actually probably took more than twice that length of time. When it arrived the postage label with my address had been stuck over another one which suggested it had come from China - no issue with that but I could have ordered it myself from Shein or Temu for a lot less.
I ordered a size up (XL) to allow for a jumper to be worn underneath. Let’s say the sizing was way off - it didn’t even fit someone who is a size medium. I was going to return it but discovered you have to pay to return so didn’t bother.
