Everything was great except I wanted to order additional film with no printing for a side window and it wouldn't let me. I was forced to put a small image on the sheet in order for the request to process. I would have preferred to had a plain sheet of see through sheet for the side panel so it doesn't compete with the door panel.

Gold Image and Juno went the extra mile to turn around our bulk same day order within a few hours of contacting them. They were attentive and accessible, in constant communication with us to make sure every detail was perfectly executed. Wonderful to find a business with such supportive same day service. Highly recommend.

Gold Image is so good. There are no headaches, no issues, they just deliver a great product as quickly as possible. I decided to order from Gold Image because of their awesome prices and their guaranteed 4 day turnaround. Well, the low price definitely reflects the service and quality of the product. I ordered on the 3rd and got an email 7 days later (on the 10th) stating my order was now printing. Finally after calling, I received an email on the 14th that it was being shipped. Once received, I've found multiple misprints. I'm so disappointed.

I originally received a notice that it was on hold and you needed the vector files. I sent a message to customer service with the vector files and waited several days and didn't receive anything back. I called in and they gave me another place to send. I sent it and then was told a few business days to ship. I receieved a notice saying to click to track and nothing showed up. After several days of checking I called in and they said thatit was being shipped that day and they would upgrade the shipping. I checked again a couple days later and still no info on the shipping and I used the text feature and they said it hasn't even been printed yet. I started this process Nov 4th and what should have been a 3 business day turnaround has been closer to a month and still no idea where my order is. I am very frustrated with this whole thing and am thinking of just canceling my order at this point because I have zero trust in the information given by your company and the advertising of your time frames. The lack of communication about any delays in my order or responses to my inquiries are not what I would expect.

I placed my order for wedding invitation samples on 10/30/2022. I checked to see the status about a week later, and it said my order was on hold and that I neede to contact them. I used the chat function online, and the person I chatted with assured me my order was fixed and would print. Two weeks go by, and no update. I go back on my account and see the order status remains the same. I call the company, and I resolve the issue by phone. Another week and a half (maybe more) goes by, no update. I check my account again on 11/22/22, and SURE ENOUGH, NO STATUS CHANGE. Each time, I was told the issue was resolved and my order would be printed. There has been terrible communication throughout this entire process - I had to check on my order status myself, and the issue never got resolved. So much frustration and wasted time.

The online ordering process is a breeze and they update you through email on every step of the process from printing to shipping. Great quality products as well.

Placed order for next day pick up, called to check with the company and they told me that it is supposed to be passed on to print next day.
I needed it to be the next day, not 2 day print. Then complaint and they told me to wait 2 hours for the answer from the printing department, seriously???

Ordered last-minute postcards for a promotional event, Gold Image was able to deliver a quality product on time, as needed. When I called to ensure the timeline, they were able to modify the order as needed over the phone to ensure timely delivery. Customer service was top and the product was just as good as expected.

This was a great first experience. I was trying to assist a last-minute bride and you did a wonderful job assisting me.
