I reached out to Gold Image Printing about a print project and from the beginning the first representative that helped me was extremely helpful.

I soon learned they just wanted to push me to production all to tell me that my idea of a simple circle foil stamp was too complex for them to complete. All I wanted was a circle gold foil emblem with two letters inside to be embossed in them.

The email from Lea in production simply said "production declined." No idea for resolution or other ideas? They then declined to take any of my calls following up on the matter.

Overall poor communication and unwilling to provide any type of decent customer service.

I am just glad I did not give them any money. Wasted a week of my time. Don't waste your time like I did.

Treated my urgency with urgency. The best support I have received from any organization in a long while. Great people and it was a lot of fun to interact with an actual person. Will bring all my business needs here

Scam or not ?
I have received a notice from Royal Mail advising insufficient postage of 1.99 on my delivery.

I have never ordered anything from this company ! It’s a scam.

Ordered next day turnaround on 13th July. Still have not received flyers. No response to multiple emails to customer service. When I phoned they were completely unhelpful. It is too late for my flyers now. Total waste of money. Don't use this company.

Always a pleasure working with Gold Image printing. They are fast and reliable. The quality and the speed is very good and the pricing is great.

Our experience with Gold Image Printing was worth 6 stars, not 5!! Awesome reproduction of original artwork on tent canopy. And the construction of the tent frame itself was MUCH better than what we’ve used for decades. An awesome value and we couldn’t be happier!!

I used Gold Image for the first time to print a double sided post card with one day turn around. They quickly gave me a quote, detailed the process and did a beautiful job printing the postcard. They were completely professional and I couldn't be happier.

They asked us to come back at 6pm to retrieve the order and then didn’t answer the phone. We drove over to see what was going on and they were closed. No phone call. No reply to the text number. No reply to the email.

Gets service, fast turnover

I'm amazed on how helpful they are and how fast they respond, whether its through text or email. They answered all my questions and helped me with a special custom project. Nema followed up fast to help resolve the issues and improved the quality of my artwork. The final product was high-quality and well made especially how quick their turnaround time is.

OMG! Can NOT thank you enough Gold Image. My Fathers Funeral service was today and i needed "Same Day" service for the programs, and they saved my LIFE! SOOOO impressed at the quality, and professionalism of these GUYS! Defiantly will be using them again!!
