Excellent product and good service with inconsistent customer support
Final product was great; turnaround was good, especially for the price. They accommodated pickup timing needs upon request. The professionalism of the customer service varied quite a bit depending on who I spoke or chatted with. They could also do themselves a BIG favor by more clearly describing how their cutoff times work for their different services. (e.g. next day orders have to be submitted by ____ hour the business day before and will be available for pickup no later than _____)
overall - satisfied and would use service again.

Fast and beautiful
Ordered some tri-fold brochures for my business around noon and picked them up that day. They were folded and gorgeous. I appreciate the ease of ordering, care for quality and fast printing that Gold Image offers.

Outdoor Print onto Aluminum
I ordered an outdoor print of a religious painting from a specialty website, but after many delays they couldn’t promise delivery. I turned to Gold Image and Otman was very helpful! They printed a custom image onto aluminum for mounting outside a church, and it arrived as promised about a week later. I mounted it outside today and it is beautiful!

They didn't deliver on time and didn't respond when we tried to pick up the order. I ended up not having cards for a very important business trip. Never using their services again.

Charged me $212 for UPS Next Day Air…
Charged me $212 for UPS Next Day Air which I needed so I'd have the item shipped to me in time, only to use Fedex which made it arrive after the date I needed it. This is after multiple issues with their website and disjointed customer service. I will not be shopping here again.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED.
My shipping label was printed & the item was never given to UPS. I have called (and emailed with no response) Gold Image Printing and both times I spoke with someone, the person said they would call me or text me with updated tracking, and it has never happened. My item should have been here by now. It was ordered 10 days ago. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
