It was hard communicating with the lady…
It was hard communicating with the lady taking my order because of us both.it was my first ordering from gourmet Makes it hard to order if u don’t have menu in front of you. Plus she couldn’t understand what I was talking about that I wanted. But that was the only problem I had. Delivered quickly. Chips were still warm.

Out and About with GoGo
I have never been disappointed...my ride arrives on time, usually within 3 minutes ( i better be ready to go), the driver is always polite with a friendly tone, he knows where I am going and reaffirms the address or the location with me; if I feel like talking, he responds kindly, if I am not talking, he drives on peacefully. Only a very few times did my ride not arrive and when I called again, the matter was resolved. So, I am very thankful for GoGo; without it, since I no longer drive and oh, how I miss that, I would have to bother my family, who are more than willing to help me and do that often, AND which I do not want to be doing, OR, GoGo-less, I would never be able to be out in the world.

I have no complaints about the drivers…
I have no complaints about the drivers or rides.
What I'm not thrilled about are some of Go Go's rules.
Cancel a ride, you get charged. Ask driver to wait, charge is $1.00 per minute after the first free 2 minutes. What can be done in 2 minutes??
What I do love about this service is they will pick up things for you but I think Uber now does that also.
Don't quote me, I may be wrong.😁.
I also really like that you book your ride with an actual human person not just an app. Maybe that is because it's for older people. I prefer them over the Uber app for that exact reason. The prices are the same as Uber. So, basically the only difference is, you book with a human, not an app, and that is the reason I will always use Go Go from now on.

The worst company serving seniors
The person did not tell me I had to have a membership . They charged my debit card and I disputed the recuring charge which said they would cancel ;but did not refund the original charge. The price was higher than quoted and the driver was late to pick me up for a doctors appointment and made me late. This is the worse company ever.

When you explained that you only needed transportation one time, you were offered a lower-cost membership option that provided access to book two rides for the month, which you agreed to proceed with.
After listening to the full conversation, we can also understand how there may have been some confusion regarding the membership and the information discussed during the call. We’re sorry that your experience ultimately left you feeling misled or uncertain about what you had agreed to.
We can confirm that your account has since been canceled and will not renew. We’re also sorry to hear that the transportation experience itself was frustrating and that you were late to your medical appointment.
We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and giving us the opportunity to review the call and your experience.

I asked a woman over the phone would I be billed the next month?
She said no...
I got a bank statement notification they billed me anyway when I asked for my refund they said no..
