We went to the Rocky Mountains and Alaska .
The whole trip was so well organised by Dan Hammond . Everything went very smoothly even though we did many different things.
We saw and experienced so much . It was fantastic.

We’ve booked and completed 4 cruises with GoCruise & Travel each time looked after by Dan, the latest aboard The Royal Clipper. Their service levels are utterly outstanding and we’d highly recommend them to book any cruise. We would never use anyone else.

Dan is absolutely brilliant at meeting your needs and I highly recommend this company for all your holiday planning. He was able to put together a package that included a hotel stay . Nothing is ever too much trouble.

We have recently come back from our first cruise to the Norwegian Fjords with MSC, which was arranged by Claire and Dan. All arrangements and information were efficiently produced and any queries we had were immediately solved. We would strongly recommend Go Cruise and Travel with Tony and Dan to anyone wishing to book a Cruise.

Great customer service from beginning to end. First group cruise. Booking was very easy and Dan kept me well informed all the way along. I felt in very safe hands and have already made another cruise booking with them.

If you’re worried that using a personal travel agent means you’ll get less service than a multi-branch agency — don’t be. Booking with Dan at Go Cruise and Travel with Tony & Dan couldn’t be further from that idea.

We’ve just come back from a cruise that Dan arranged for 170 people, and the service was absolutely top-notch. The booking process was smooth, we received timely reminders for balance payments, and we got clear guidance on submitting passenger info, downloading tickets, and getting our luggage tags. Everything was taken care of with professionalism and a personal touch.

This was an amazing experience, Dan has been an incredible person organising everything and no question was ever to silly to be answered, he talked me through some of the technologies which I really didn’t understand and treated us with the utmost respect. Dan sold us the idea of this group cruise and we had such a lovely time. He had listened and replicated our recent trip with Princess so the room and dining were perfect. We really enjoyed the group cruise activities and being part of the Group Cruise.

We booked YouTube creators Paul & Carole Love to Travel’s group cruise on Princess Cruise Line through Dan, and the entire experience from inquiry, booking and support throughout the cruise itself was wonderful. We are from outside the UK in the states, and had to use Dan and GoCruise & Travel due to cruise line booking requirements, but Dan was there for us to walk us through the process. He was very accessible, friendly and super responsive to any questions that we had, even obviously outside UK working hours, which was greatly appreciated on a couple of time sensitive inquiries! We normally would not use a foreign travel agent, but I would have no hesitation in using Dan or GoCruise & Travel again in the future for any other group activities.

My wife and I had never been on a cruise before, as we were not sure if we would like the experience. We spoke with Dan about our requirements and preferences, then booked a week cruise to Norway and Denmark. Dan’s knowledge, experience and advice is phenomenal, which helped us tailor a cruise that met those requirements.

We loved the cruise, which exceeded our expectations. A friend of ours did their first cruise, without speaking to a specialist like Dan and did not enjoy the cruise at all. I would like to thank Dan for his excellent service (nothing was too much trouble, always answering our many questions quickly and accurately).
