Vi har haft fornøjelsen af at arbejde sammen med Go-Talent gennem vores virksomhed, Plutonic. Deres platform har været en uundværlig ressource i vores søgen efter statister til diverse reklamefilm for vores kunder.

Following my previous negative review of Go-Talent, I wanted to share a recent development that sheds light on the company's customer service.

Subsequent to posting my review, I was pleasantly surprised when one of their representatives, Magnus, reached out to address my concerns.

In an unexpected turn of events, he swiftly facilitated a full refund within the span of a week. I appreciate his promptness in addressing the matter and acknowledging the issues I faced.

Magnus also expressed a desire for me to consider removing my negative review. While I understand that Go-Talent may be aiming for a more positive online reputation, I believe that honesty and transparency are of utmost importance.

It would go against my values to erase my review, given the real possibility that others might encounter similar difficulties that I faced. I believe that sharing my experience can help prospective customers make informed decisions.

In my opinion, for Go-Talent to truly garner positive reviews, it is imperative for them to not only focus on delivering their services effectively but also on upholding moral standards and fairness in their interactions with customers.
By doing so, they can establish a reputation that is not only built on successful outcomes, but also on ethical practices.

It is my hope that Go-Talent takes these sentiments into consideration and strives to provide a more balanced and ethical approach to their business practices moving forward.

Ville endelig ønske jeg kunne give 4…

Ville endelig ønske jeg kunne give 4 stjerner. Det fortjener Magnus som var helt fantastisk til at finde en god løsning på en rigtig dårlig oplevelse. Ville allerdehelst have været foruden alt det man skulle igennem, men det kan ikke laves om. Er glad for vi fandt en løsning på en tilfredstillende måde. Dog kan jeg kun give 3 stjerne da Go Talent ikke reageret på mine mails, men først reageret da jeg lavet dårlig anmeldes på trust pilot. Det er en trist oplevelse. Men da det så skete, kom der virkelig sving i sagerne og Magnus løst problemet helt perfekt. Derfor skal de have noget pænere anmeldes nu. Ros få at løse tingene på sådan en fin måde og være så lydhør overfor en knap så glad kunde. Kanon arbejde Magnus.

I signed up for a free trial

I signed up for a free trial , was told that payment won ot be taken until I was happy. I was asked to create a profile which I did , after a week of no interest I tried to unsubscribe and cancel . I sent messages through my profile , called “customer service” and emailed. All of this was ignored and £79. Left my account. When I asked for a refund they said that I had used the service by filling a profile. I had emailed cancelling during the trial period yet they said by filling in the profile that I’d used the service. This is how they try to keep your money. It’s a front, I feel like an idiot. Please don’t fall for it .

Asked for money 75.00 , English was not great , as soon as the phone rung it came up scam. They work illegally with casting directors. When i traced the number there was not a business attached to number

This company is scamming people.

This company is scamming people.
Signed up and found their customer service awful. Cancelled and asked for refund, which took days to confirm. Got an email from them to say they were refunding me £45 on the 16th Feb. Noting came back. Just got a notification from my credit card and they have just taken another £35. Everything from the initial call, the customer service, and their promises are rubbish. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Go-Talent resolve my issue

Further to my initial review Go -Talent have now resolved my issue with them and I am expecting a refund within a few days.
John in their complaints department was very helpfulI and after reviewing my emails understood that I had indeed tried to contact them to cancel my account within the 14 day grace period. The frustration was compounded by not being able to get through to actually talk to someone and my emails being unanswered. I hope Go-Talent will improve this in the future.

Afmeldelse af abonnement

Her i maj måned tog jeg imod et abonnementstilbud, lagde depositum og senere vis fortryd jeg det. Har så først set nu (efter et halvt år) at de havde trukket det fulde beløb. Skrev til dem, og efter et halvt døgn svarede de. De tilbød mig en refundering af beløbet, og jeg sagde selvfølgelig ja tak. Dejligt med en service hvor man bliver taget seriøs. Super fedt i svarede så hurtigt! Giver jer 5/5 absolut grundet hvor hurtig i tog ansvar og svarede på min besked!
Det ses ikke så tit længere

Hold jer langt væk. Abonnementsfælde!

I har trukket penge selvom at jeg afmeldte mit abonnement indenfor 30 min af prøveperioden.
Og så får jeg en mail kort tid efter at jeg har skrevet min anmeldelse hvor der står at de kun vil give mig mine penge tilbage HVIS jeg sletter min anmeldelse. Ha' det i mente når i læser deres andre anmeldelser

Opdatering på det svar jeg fik næsten et år senere.

Hej i skriver at i "gerne forsikre dig om, at vi ikke ønsker at påvirke vores kunders meninger eller manipulere anmeldelser."

Bare for info så skrev i "Spørgsmål, vil du være interesseret i at fjerne din anmeldelse på Trustpilot, imod en refundering?  det vil klart hjælpe din sag - men jeg kan ikke garantere noget.
