I have been with G&H for most of the nearly 20 years of being a photographer. These days, I don't even look for another quote. On the occasions I have, they have usually been the most competitive. It's usually been the same people that I have dealt with over the years, so there is a nice friendly vibe but also professional. I have had to make a few claims over the years but there has never been an issue. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The renewal with adjustments to policy is done very efficiently each year. I particularly like the ease of which I can add a equipment onto the policy for short periods of time at short notice.

I wish all insurance companies could be as helpful as this one! Diane was incredible, even though I had a rather complex request due to travel arrangements but she spent numerous emails and calls going back and forth to help me get the right setup. If you need equipment insurance then definitely contact them as they really go above and beyond to help.

The only firm I could find in 2017 offering insurance to amateurs for gear left in a car while on a location shoot such as a landscape session.
Have been very happy with the price of cover and the level of service, so have renewed every year since.

I have insured my photographic gear with Glover & Howe for over 30 years. My only claim was also over 30 years ago and was paid quickly and efficiently. In recent years the renewal process has become particularly quick and straightforward.

Excellent service, both when taking out & then renewing my policy but, more importantly, in the way that they handled a claim that I had to make recently. It was quickly and efficiently dealt with - definitely recommended.

Good prices and the service has always been great- you don't get stuck held on the line when calling, and emails are promptly replied to. Rachel has always been great- as has Amy (who initially set up my policy a year or so ago.)
