Abysmal Service & Defective Product
The colors look nice in person, but everything else about this purchase was a complete nightmare.
I received broken pieces, and the bangles were noticeably smaller than the size ordered. To make matters worse, there are no size markings anywhere on the product or packaging. When I contacted customer support about the sizing issue, they demanded that I buy a separate "bangle measuring scale" to prove the mismatch to them. This requirement is completely absurd, considering I own multiple bangles in standard sizes that fit perfectly while these clearly do not.
Regarding the broken items, support hid behind a rigid return policy requiring a full, uninterrupted unboxing video. I bought these as a gift for someone—I obviously couldn't ask the recipient to record themselves opening a present! Because of this policy, they refused to take responsibility.
Pray that you get lucky and receive an undamaged, correctly sized product on the first try. If there is any issue with your order, customer support is completely unhelpful, and you might as well consider your money lost. Keep that in mind before purchasing.
