Very poor experience. The pre-owned camera arrived with an old, unusable battery (despite the listing saying a battery and charger were included) and a broken/removed lens shutter, which was never disclosed. This has caused dust issues visible in photos and will require professional cleaning. Customer service was extremely unresponsive and only replied properly after I threatened to file a complaint. I have full proof of everything. Would not recommend.

No camera with a broken or removed lens shutter is knowingly shipped from our side.
Regarding the battery, as clearly mentioned on our website, pre-owned batteries are included but battery life can vary due to age, and they are not covered under performance guarantees. Chargers provided are tested and working at the time of dispatch.

My recent purchase with gameshort, the "Kodak c182" has been a complete disappointment.
A pair of batteries do not even last a day, it keeps getting turned off, screen came off. seeing the prices it is too good to be true. I was so excited to spend more and get another camera but after this I'm not sure.
And even their WhatsApp support is very harsh.

Regarding the camera powering off and screen concern, our team requested proper testing steps and video proof to evaluate the issue accurately. As no hardware fault could be confirmed during verification, we were unable to approve a replacement or refund as per our policy.

They are running a scam. No original photos uploaded on website, and their return policy is completely based on their judgment of the situation, i.e., no returns whatsoever. Selling camera with lens fungus, no mention of such issues up front.
Furthermore, there was an issue with the mode dial, of which I clearly shared multiple videos, explaining the issue. They refused to see something such obvious, and refused any replacement or a refund.
Total scammers, stay away if you wish to keep your money safe.

I ordered a Nikon P300 second hand. The screen is not working. I sent them all the vidoes/files they asked. But they said I have to send "unboxing video", which I dint record as I trusted they would send a good pc.. I paid a heavy price.. So AVOID Gameshort and go for other reliable sellers..

The order for two PS4 games was placed on July 19, 2025, and delivered only on August 13, 2025. While I did receive a few replies to my messages, the responses were brief—usually just a single word—and did not address my concerns in any meaningful way. Most of my queries remained unanswered, and the overall communication was unsatisfactory and unhelpful. Although the games eventually arrived after a long wait, the lack of proper customer support made the experience extremely frustrating and disappointing.
