When the equipment I requested was not immediately available because it was out on another job, they offered a similar piece that was available. Good communications throughout the rental process. Plan to use them again in the future.

They are super slow to respond and need to send many emails to return the device. Unfortunately, I was charged a 10% restocking fee and additional shipping costs that were not disclosed at the time of purchase.
