Still not happy
Still not happy. Still did not receive my missing parts to my chimney sweep. Now I'm supposed to send pictures of what I got so you can see what I didn't get after I gave you a detailed inventory and an email of what I did not receive from what I was supposed to receive. Why is this my responsibility? As a customer I feel like I should have had better service. I am in the customer service industry and I never treat my customers this way. Emailed three times called twice. All they said is sent pictures. I don't understand what's sending pictures would do.. Even ask for a complete refund and I would send back the few pieces I didn't get. Still nothing

High Quality Caliper
Purchased this for my son who is an engineering student and had asked for a caliper for Christmas. Wanted to purchase a “lifetime” tool for him and after doing much research, settled upon a Mitutoyo. Global Test Supply had the best prices on Mitutoyo Calipers, and the company had excellent reviews online. I was impressed with the shipping speed as well — it arrived a couple of days after I ordered it. My son is very happy with the quality and feel of this tool. Would purchase from Global Test Supply again. Love that it is a USA company and that they carry authentic, high quality tools.

It the worst place to buy tools , I bought in December a yellow jacket clamp amp-meter and I received one non functional in January and since I still waiting for it...I strongly not recomand..

I purchased 4 high low thermometers and 3 didn't work at all and one didn't work correctly. I have tried to get them to give me replacements or my money back and I didn't get either. Just a big run around with minimal to no responses.

The product I ordered took 3 months to ship and arrive. Don't sell me something that is out of stock if you don't plan on telling me it is out of stock.

I placed order 709972 for recovery machine and upon delivery I discovered that this machine designed for european power 230V and I can't use it in USA. This information was not listed in description on GTS website for this tool. I requested return for refund, but GTS said that it is my fault that I didn't make more research on this tool on internet and I should pay for my fault 25% restock fee. GTS didn't took they responsibility provide on tools correct information and did't accept their responsibility on this misleading info on their web that let me purchase this tool.

GTS sold me tools which I can’t use in…
GTS sold me tools which I can’t use in USA because of it designed to be used for 220V and comes with power cords for Europe power outlets. But this information was not provided on tool description and I discovered it upon tool delivery. I requested return and refund. GTS said that it is my fault that I didn’t checked somewhere else that this tool is not compatible with US outlets, and charged me 25% restock fee for return, even I requested return because of misleading info on tool description. All this experience was similar with fraud.

Beware of Odd Charges
I'm very confused by my purchase. I purchased an electronics vacuum and filter through their website for a reasonable price and received it within a few days. I thought that was it. Today I received a bill for $0.01 that apparently wasn't charged when I purchased the item through their website. How does that happen? How do you reserve one penny to be charged at a later date? Just charge me what it actually costs. One penny isn't worth your accounting department's time or mine. Very frustrated.
