I wish I would have read this reviews before. My hair turn green in some places I am not the only one, so the excuse from the glaze team that maybe I should consider that the product is only for highlighting my base color is a little bulls**t. I've never had green highlights on my hair until now. A total waste of money and time. A total Scam.

Apologies for the impromptu message. We are completing a reviews audit and found that you left a 1 star rating a while back.
To be completely honest with you, we see this issue occur when dark Super Glosses (Blazing Brown, Chocolate Gleam, Sleek Espresso) is applied to bleached to highlighted hair. As I'm sure you're already aware, Glaze Super Gloss is a conditioning toning gloss designed to enhance your current color, not drastically change it- essentially a tinted moisturizer for your hair. Hence, when dark Super Gloss is applied to hair that has been stripped of pigment, because of color theory, stains undesired colors. On that same note, we wouldn't apply brunette toner on blonde or bleach hair as the undertones are unsuitable.
When marketing and educating on Super Gloss, we always advise shade matching to the lightest color in your hair. We also have a shade quiz on site to assist with choosing the correct gloss.
Once again, we're so sorry to hear your hair has been stained. Although late, we would be more than to process a refund for you and (hopefully) win you back as a Glaze babe.

All hype ....nope don't
I bought a new colour blazing blonde ...I'd read reviews good and bad but feel you have to actually try something yourself to give an opinion ...errrm it did take the slight orange out of my hair ..and was very soft ..the shine is good but not as good as 8 second miracle that I also use ..but did not use on this occasion ....I left it on my hair the alloted time as my scalp did start to tingle so I was tempted to leave on longer but left it on ten mins only ...I'd hoped like many ,to neutralise my hair while it's growing out ..but have decided to get a half head of highlights instead I think ...just to give it a proper lift ..this is good though if you would like to freshen up your hair and in non commited as it washes out after ten washes ,though I suspect if like me you like to wash your hair twise ..less of course ...overall it was ok ..just ok you could get your hair just soft using deep conditioner and 8 second miracle I think it's Garnier but I'm too lazy to climb the stairs to bathroom to check ! Colour wise I feel if you have natural hair evenly spread it would highlight the texture ..but for ppl that realy need to neutralise your hair for any reason it's a no no Nil poi ...and esp if it turns your highlights purple ...! Or blue nope but glad I tried it myself then I know what's best for me..all problems with bottle that I note in an ad from 2020 they said they were redesigning ...ahem three years ago ?????

We're so sorry that you didn’t have the best experience with our Super Gloss. Unfortunately, as mentioned on our site, Super Gloss is designed to enhance your current shade, not for a total transformation, and our darker shades can stain blonde, bleached or more porous hair. We recommend always performing a patch test before committing to a full head.
Luckily, you should find it fades out of your hair naturally in up to 10 washes. To speed up the process you can try a clarifying or detoxifying shampoo.

i have grey /white hair after growing out my old colour, it looked like a product to buy, but its awful my hair was dry and lifeless. definitely not worth the £15 price tag.

This is a fantastic product, worth every penny!
This is a fantastic product.
I've been looking for a product to enhance my sandy neutral blade and get a shine on it and its all ash products now. Not good when you're pushing 50 and Ash is "natural " ha! So I mixed Pearl and Beach blonde together 50/50 and the results are perfect.
No grey, a gorgeous silky soft swishing neutral blonde that looks salon fresh.
Please never discontinue!

Atrocious customer service and product
Absolutely ruined my hair and sent it green in places and the customer service is atrocious. I emailed them to explain what happened in the hopes that they could provide some answers but all ingot in return was a patronising response and a 20% off code. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.

The WORST
The WORST! Hair treatment that I've ever wasted my money on :( It looked amazing in the constant Instagram/Youtube ads, but it was sooooo messy, stained the tiles in my shower, and left my hair very lank and dull looking. It's also really difficult to get out of the bottle...you can't squeeze it it because the bottle is made from very hard plastic :( the product is very thick and was near impossible to get out. I'm glad I didn't go for the "buy one get a second half price" offer. I'd never recommend this.

Dreadful experience
Still haven't recieved my order .
3weeks over due expensive postage paid as well as the product price and nothing.
Very poor customer service.
Contact can only be made via email which is pointless as the don't reply....its impossible to get a phone contact.
