I have not received my package and now they no longer respond to my emails. Really liked their customer service at first but they don't answer me anymore and haven't got my package or money back.

I would NOT recommend Glaze !!!!!
I used the espresso colour on my hair and washed it once and my hair has turned GREEN 🤢

Order was placed on 31 August and hasn’t even been dispatched 2 weeks later. No response from customer service. Don’t buy from their website.

I purchased the Brilliant Bronde. I have had my hair highlighted and it has grown out a lot. My natural hair is that dark blonde light brown color. If you know you know. I figured this would do a nice job to just blend everything which it did! The color was a bit rosey which was odd but it was fine. My complaint is that it made my hair super dry and it was not before... and then the color washed out really fast. Three washes and it's just gone. I'll use up the rest of the bottle but probably won't purchase again.

Ordered clear got blonde. Couldn't get any resolution from customer service. Terrible company. Stay away. Their are better companies to work with out there. This 1 isn't any good

I wouldn’t recommend this chocolate glaze product at all. I also bought cocoa lights (2 for £20 Superdrug) but too afraid to use it as the chocolate was so disastrous. I have medium brown hair and used the chocolate colour thinking it would mainly add gloss; however, it’s turned my hair almost black. It’s beyond awful. I am having to use baking powder pastes and vinegar concoctions to get this wretched stuff out plus harsh anti-dandruff shampoo. I’ve been scouring the internet for semi-permanent dye removals. This Glaze product is almost permanent it’s so strong. I didn’t believe the negative reviews about this product as surely the fact it’s not permanent and has no chemicals in it (or so the ingredients indicate) it can’t be bad…I was wrong. I have emailed the company to complain and sent photos to them.

I’ve used their products for quite a while and I do like them however due to my last order not being fulfilled despite taking my money has now left me sour. I asked for updates and was told repeatedly they were investigating still well over a month later still no answers, asked for a refund and still waiting. Customer service is appalling seriously.

This is the worst product I have ever used on my hair and believe me I have used a lot of products.They promise no damage however, my hair has never felt so damaged. My plan was to go to a beautiful dark brown. I was a light brown and was literally the same colour as the model on the bottle. the result has me in tears. my hair is PURPLE... the roots are this awful red, orange brown colour and the ends are a really dark purple. I look like an absolute clown. please do not buy this product. it's absolutely awful. from looking at the previous comments im not the only one who has had a bad experience.

I bought the blazing BROWN and my hair is blueish green. Do not buy this

This product is so difficult to apply the bottle is not user friendly I can not hold it adequately which prevents spraying the product in my hair, I have had to dispense it into an alternative spray bottle. The product itself is nothing special and there are better products in the market. Very disappointing.

Absolutely awful. Stained my shower and hands even though I wore gloves! My feet were stained from the shower and my hair doesn’t even look any different. If anything, it is more frizzy from damage.

Never again!!! Waste of money.

I got licorice for my black hair and the only thing it did was make my hair fall out and leave purple patches on my scalp that flakes off ( and no I don’t have a dry scalp) absolute waste of money and time!

Turned my hair BLUE ! Absolutely awful- would NOT recommend this product it will ruin your hair!

I bought the luminous liquorice glaze. Not the cheapest hair dye so I hoped it would work well. Sadly it didn’t work at all. All instructions followed. Disappointed and let down. I wish I’d have read the reviews and not wasted my money.

I used this after having been recommended to use the caramel lights by my hairdresser following highlights. I used it the first time and didn’t notice a difference. The 2nd time I had an allergic reaction. I didn’t realise that it was a dye but I’ve never had an allergic reaction to a hair dye before. I had to have 3 days of oral steroids as had hives all other my body, swelling to my face, hands, ears. Please patch test before using.

Whilst the product itsself is excellant ,i complain about the bottle with sprayer . It is impossible to hold the round shaped bottle whilst trying to press the sprayer on top . I contacted glaze to inform them of the problem ,but they contacted me back saying no one else had compained . But upon reading customer comments on their site i find many people have complained of the same thing ! Why lie ? Im not buying anymore of this product now , due to their attitude towards me when i was only saying the truth .

I love this product. I went blonde 4 months ago and realised that I needed my natural black colour back. In an aid to not cause more damage to my hair I got this product in its darkest colour. I know that the brand recommend against going over hair with a different shade than what you already have but I was desperate and I don’t regret it. My hair was the same pigment as regular black box dye without the damage. It’s shiny manageable and even lasted through 2 washes so far. Definitely recommend even if your going darker than your current hair colour

Expected big things… was massively disappointed.
I got the blazing brown, I have multi tonal hair which I was looking to make a bit darker. Put it on and was quite impressed. After the 1st wash it turned the light sections of my hair blue!
So expensive for such awful results.

If I could this product would get 0 stars!! Not worth it all doesn’t do what it says. Ended up going to tesco for proper hair colour really disappointed!!

Item arrived on time but it is overpriced rubbish. I got brilliant bronde and it made no difference to my blonde hair at all. The bottle was a pain because it's hard to squeeze out the product. My hair wasn't shiny after at all, but my roots were greasy.
