Their AI was prompt, and actually helpful, and I immediately had an optipn to speak to a human, without asking (or yelling at a computer)

Glamorise’s customer services are excellent. Had to start with an ai chat but got through to a human straight away. Had a nightmare with Evri returning my parcel because they missed the return deadline, However, I was given my refund, in full, which I spent on the bra I knew would be right for me.

When I had difficulty opening the link to start my return, the team immediately stepped in & made it happen. I love these bras & only trust their fit, ease in putting on & comfort. I tried a new style of their bras & unfortunately found out I needed to stick to the style I have used for years. Even before my return hit the mail I ordered two of my favorites. I'll be set again for awhile but if ever I need anymore help, I know the glamorize support team will have me covered!😊

Fantastic product! Front closure is the only way to go!. Lifts you up and beyond while keeping you in comfort all day. Great looking bra. This is only brand I wear. LOVE 😍 IT!!

When the post office said my items were delivered, I reached out to customer service. They were very helpful (Michelle) and were ready to send replacements! My items arrived 2 days after the post office said they were delivered. The items received were perfect, but Glamorise was ready to replace them...great customer service and excellent items!

I was unable to track my order. I contacted Glamories and they resolved my issue promptly and efficiently within approximately 15 minutes.

Leider haben zwei von drei BHs nicht gepasst und ich wollte sie retournieren. Online konnte ich die Retoure nicht anmelden, da der Versandstatus immer noch nicht aktualisiert war. Ich habe dann das Retourenlabel im Paket verwendet und am 15.6.2026 alles zurückgeschickt. Bislang kam keine Erstattung oder zumindest Eingangsbestätigung und laut Sendungsverfolgung hat es der Empfänger Markement GmbH in Steinenbronn nach 12 Tagen!!!!! noch nicht erhalten. Eine Nachforschungsauftrag bei DHL war erfolglos - Die Antwort lautete: Auf Grund vertraglicher Vereinbarungen mit dem Versender können Sie als Empfänger leider keine Nachforschung für diese Sendung einleiten.!!!! Meine Mails an den amerikanischen Kundendienst wurden per KI bearbeitet und stellten keine Hilfe da.
Das ist alles sehr merkwürdig. Ich habe Markement und den deutschen Kundendienst kontaktiert und hoffe, es löst sich alles auf und ich bekomme das Geld erstattet. Dann wird diese Bewertung aktualisiert. Vielleicht läuft alles in den USA besser, aber für Bestellungen aus Deutschland ist echt schwer, die Produkte zu retournieren.
Update 29.06.2026: Heute kam die Rückmeldung des deutschen Kundendienst bzw. Markement und die Rückerstattung wurde veranlasst. Ich korrigiere daher meine Bewertung von 1* auf 3 *. Die Produkte sind ok bzw. gut, aber die Rückgabe und die Kommunikation mit dem Kundendienst sind wirklich schwierig. Das sollte einfacher gehen.

It was very confusing to orchestrate a return for a Bare Necessities order through Glamorize. I love the quality of these bras, and the posture back fit enables my straps to stay in place - something NO other bras manage to do.

Michelle was incredibly responsive and quickly addressed my concern. She was super friendly too!

The bra I received was perfect - great fit and well made. I had a problem with a couple of the hooks and even though it was outside of the 40 days, I was offered a replacement. Really helpful staff, thank you Amber. Will definitely use again. Thank you.

I've purchase at least seven bras from Glamorize since mid-2024. Every order has been correct and timely. Communication is good. Customer service has also been helpful. I've tried various styles and found what works best for me. I think it's a thirty day return window so you can really try them out. I highly recommend.

I love my magic lift minimizer bras. I have 3 of them. Recently one of them ripped in the lace area. The team at Glamorize couldn’t be more helpful. They are sending me a new bra free of charge and gave me some helpful hints on how I can perhaps avoid this again. I will certainly continue to deal with this company as I’m very impressed with their products and definitely their customer service.

I would like to say the customer service is wonderful. I can hardly wait for my cotton bras.

Love the bras and how they fit. However, I really would like to see the bras designed with more side and back width/coverage. The sides and backs are too narrow...all it does is make side or back bulge worse...we need something that will help stabilize/slim that area. And with a 3-hook instead of 2-hook on the minimizers for sure. Also consider making all bras with the straps closer in the back to prevent slipping off the shoulders.
