great! really easy to use and update

Really helpful support team to raise money for 3 charities for the same event.
I will probably use this service again

Everything worked as intended. I also had good help with setting up the page when something didn't immediately go as expected. Supporters seemed to have no issues pledging their gifts. And the charities have had good feedback.

Easy to use and could easily split between two different charities unlike Just Giving

My main reason for choosing GiveWheel was that I could split the fundraising between two charities, but the whole process was slick and effortless. I’ll definitely use again

Excellent flexible service
This is the only such website I have found which enables one to raise money for more than one charity through a single fund raising page.

I used GiveWheel for a recent fundraiser, selling tickets to a fundraising workout and had a great experience using their platform.
The system was updated during my time using it, giving greater functionality.
Whenever I experienced an issues or needed help, the support team were quick to respond to emails.

It's a great platform if you wish to support multiple charities - the money will be divided between them. Plus, unlike most alternative platforms they don't charge fees - the full donation goes to the charity.

Would definitely use again.

I chose GiveWheel because they seemed to be the only site that enabled me to split donations between charities. And now I can’t recommend them highly enough. Everything about the experience has been straightforward, including for my donors, who were from all over the world. They were also very responsive whenever I had queries. I will definitely use them again.

GiveWheel were always quick to respond to my questions when setting up my fundraising page. The look of the page was great and the process of donating very easy. They were also good when they dealt with the two charities. I can thoroughly recommend GiveWheel.

My only suggestion - and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 - would be a contact telephone number for any queries, as they don’t currently seem to have one.

Overall, very good but one or two people had trouble getting their donations on line. However, help was found via email, so all was sorted

As a donor I found I had been charged a little more than I thought I had donated. I cannot now find how much I have given, and am unsatisfied with the lack of ease to do this,

The GiveWheel team have created a really impressive platform which enabled me to support a number of charities via my one event. Easy to set up, clear graphics, and an efficient backup support team who quickly dealt with all my queries. Highly recommended!
