Took a little over a week to get a response but after the initial response it took less than two days for a replacement product to be shipped to me.

I had an issue with the retractable hose I bought from Giraffe tools. After I was not able to get the hose to retract, I called customer support. The man I spoke with was very helpful and asked me to film a brief video showing the problem. I emailed it to the company, and Doris, a customer service rep handled the rest. A replacement was on its way in days! Thank you so much. I wish all companies were even half as helpful.

Quick, easy & painless

After only two uses of the jet wash the hose already has a huge split , the split is on a part of the has that does not even leave the reel so this has not been done by something on the floor or catching etc.

Unfortunately before purchasing I did see a review on YouTube where a customer had a issue with the pump completely failing & he explained how the customer services was no where to be seen. Unfortunately it appears I am now having the same issue , why offer a warranty if you cannot get in touch with the company.

From start to finish i was treated professionally by Victoria. There were many emails going back and forth where she could of easily got frustrated with me but she didn't. She was kind snd respectful. Giraffe stands by their product and wants customers satisfied. Highly recommend

Excellent after-sales service; I had a defective part and they sent me a new one quickly.

Support easy to work with was prompt to reply and requested simple evidence of issue to which they quickly resolved by sending a replacement unit.

My overall experience with giraffe tools has been positive. I use lots of different products in their lineup for Detailing and they seem to do the job well while staying cost-effective. I also think their line of chargers and portable batteries are a great value. I have contacted them twice regarding products, not working and they got back to me within days with helpful responses. Overall, I would recommend the equipment to anyone. The only downside is not all pieces of equipment are heavy duty in my opinion.

the pressure washer is great for car detailing and every day use

I’m on my fifth pressure washer with them and can’t be happier I use them in my detail set up for RVs

The quality of the tools and operation are still outstanding after buying them in May 2025.
I bought the grandfalls pressure washer pro, grandstorm vacuum cleaner with remote control on the handle, short pressure washer gun and the pressure washer surface cleaner.
So far the units have performed perfectly nearly 8 months into owning them.
The 30m long hose for the grandfalls pressure washer pro has been a blessing, I have it wall mounted about half way in my garage and that allows me to clean my driveway including the street gutters and in the other direction I use the surface washer connected to the wand to do my patio and pool area without ever having to unplug and find another power point like I did with my portable pressure washer which only had 8 metres of hose, it wasn’t even long enough to fully walk around a car without dragging the pressure washer with it. The grandstorm vacuum cleaner with remote on/off handle has about 10 metres of suction pipe which is just long enough to reach my whole car on the driveway after washing it.
My friends like how the units look and are mounted on the wall with all the required tool attachments on the same wall. The pressure washer has more than enough power for home and car use and the vacuum has plenty of suction power even with a 10m long pipe which you’d expect to lose some suction by the time it reaches the handle, I guarantee that it doesn’t.
The giraffe help centre are very quick to reply to emails with any questions and have been kind enough to replace items very quickly when it wasn’t in the packaging and also replaced the pressure washing surface washer when it broke due to the uneven surface I was cleaning, not from build quality.
I never recommend anyone or write a review unless I honestly have a great experience with the products or company. I’d recommend giraffe tools to anyone without question.

I bought a Giraffe Tools Garden Hose Reel Cart made of heavy duty metal from an online retail company in Nov. 2025. It arrived with some damage, so I promptly submitted an email to the Giraffe Tools customer service team. An agent named Fancy responded very quickly. I sent a picture of the damaged cart, as well as an invoice copy. Things happened very fast after this. The agent kept me informed during the entire process. A brand new hose reel cart was shipped to me free of charge in a couple of days.
This new cart arrived in perfect condition! I put it together by myself and tested it for any leaks. Yay, no leaks! This cart seems to be well-built and should last a long time.

Bought a GrandFalls Pressure Washer in June 2024. It worked great for over a year, using it almost weekly. Last week I was using it and the hose sprung a leak. I looked to replace it, even buying a new hose, when I realized the model I owned did not have the option of replacing the hose. I contacted Giraffe Tools and within a few days they verified my model and replaced my pressure washer! Great product and even better customer service and support. I almost bought another one before they offered to replace my broken one. Highly recommend!

the retractable vaccum cleaner is the biggest piece of crap every built. Right out of the box, no suction

They were very prompt getting back to me and the information needed for the warranty claim was very simple! Full turnaround time from claim to tracking for a new unit was less than 48 hours.
