Very poor service paid for a wall…

Very poor service paid for a wall mounted washer + Bracket + cover. Washer came within 1 week cover came 5 weeks later. 9 weeks on now and still no bracket. Very Poor communication. In fact very hard to contact and no communication from them . I’m getting worried if this thing ever breaks think I’m stuffed. Would like a refund for bracket I never received.

Ok product, terrible customer service

I recently purchased a retractable hose and a splitter for the tap. Set the hose pipe up, wasn't over yet moon with the quality but it does the job. However I wasn't impressed with the tap splitter at all and went to send it back.

The customer service is atrocious, you send an email, you get an automated AI reply. I have sent pictures and explanations to customer service numerous times, as there is absolutely no information or process on their website. You've no idea if a human will ever read your message as the wording of the AI reply implies that they have satisfied your enquiry. You have to pay extra for "GT CARE" which I assume you will then be prioritised, you shouldn't have to pay for basic customer support. Making it so difficult to return an unwanted item doesn't ring "trustworthy".

If you buy their products and it turns up and you like it you'll be fine. If you want to return anything, good luck. I've been trying for five days to find out how/where to do this, which is our legal right under UK law to no avail.

Update: I have now received a reply to my email in which I have been told that as I have to pay £11 for a return postage label for a small box. (The item I am sending back was £17). Absolutely ridiculous.

No customer service

Placed an order over a month ago. No sign of it yet. Emailed, sent messages on live chat, Instagram and WhatsApp. No reply. Currently an hour waiting for someone to connect to live chat. Very disappointed because the machine itself is great, I ordered two covers for it. Trying to get a hold of customer service is a nightmare.

Excellent customer service from Giraffe Tools.

I experienced an issue with the high-pressure hose on my Grandfalls Retractable Pressure Washer G20. After contacting support and providing photos of the problem, their team responded quickly, confirmed the issue, and approved a replacement under warranty without any hassle.

The entire process was straightforward, professional, and customer-focused. They clearly explained the warranty procedure, communicated promptly, and even advised against attempting repairs for safety reasons.

It’s refreshing to see a company stand behind its products and provide such efficient support. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend Giraffe Tools to others.

Purchased a wall mounted pressure…

Purchased a wall mounted pressure washer after 20 mins of use the motor started smoking and no longer works.
No response from customer services via telephone, email or online contact form. Unable to send product back, so ive contacted the bank to raise a dispute which could take 6 - 8 weeks to get a refund.

Warning: NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a number of items from GiraffeTools for our business and home. This started a number of marketing emails from GiraffeTools and I misunderstood and thought they had not received one of my orders. This caused me to reorder and I ended up with four items and only wanted two. I tried in many ways to return the extra two items could not get an address from their website to return these items. I also attempted on many occasions to call and explain my dilemma but received two different responses to my many phone calls. One response was a recording stating nobody was available to take my call and the other version was that somebody would be with me shortly, which never occurred after long waits. The message also said I could leave a message, but even those were never returned. Check out their website, no address. I finally gave up, did consider on sending them back to China, but am further resolved to not purchase Chinese goods in the future. They take your money and disappear with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay away!!!

Very good customer service indeed.

I ordered a garden hose that retracts and stores inside its container. Very useful. When my husband unpacked it we found a bracket missing. I emailed Giraffe Tools and they replied very promptly and sent out the bracket. They were very efficient and very kind. Highly recommended.

I cannot tell you if their products are…

I cannot tell you if their products are good or not because they never arrived at our home. We ordered a hose reel and received an email that FedEx delivered it, but reviewed our security cameras and it never arrived at our home. We have called the company and sent several emails. The emails have been detailed and included our order number, the tracking number, the timestamps of the delivery notification and that we would like a return call or email. We have received nothing back except for an AI generated response, saying that we need to provide the order number and describe the problem to start the process. Their customer service is completely nonexistent. By my standards that makes the whole company bad.

Atrocious customer support …

I bought both the vacuum and pressure washer. The vacuum is way weaker than you woukd expect and the foam cannon broke after gentle use 5 times. Seals and connections broke away and it stopped working.
The worst part is that all my emails and calls to them went unanswered. For that reason alone, I woukd never buy from them again. As a business owner myself, I would never treat customers that way. I suspect theyre out of business in a couple of years.

Pressure Washer falls to pieces.

Had a Grandfells pressure washer for around one year and it’s completely falling to pieces within a few weeks of each other having previously owned a well known brand for around 7 years without any fault only getting rid to replace with this useless POS.

The inlet hose created a weak spot / bulge which then in turn burst completely.

The outlet hose the outer casing is coming away from the inner casing in several places.

The guide for the retractable hose has self destructed and eventually got stuck at one end.

For the money spent I’d expect it to last longer than a year.

Won’t be buying any of their products again and will be replacing this pressure washer with something that will last.

Very disappointed with the after-sales…

Very disappointed with the after-sales support from Giraffe Tools Australia.

The pressure washer was working great initially, however while washing my car a few days ago, the unit suddenly started leaking a large amount of water and became unusable.

I reported the issue through the AU website support and also sent videos showing the fault, but unfortunately I have not received any response for past 3 days.

We urgently need the washer, so the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating.

Hopefully someone from the team can contact us soon and help resolve the issue with a repair or replacement.

No customer service, no replies, no replacement

Purchased a 150' hose reel in August 2025. Worked well, though the locking mechanism was finicky. Truthfully, the impressive advertised warranty (2 years!) is what caught my attention. Now, in spring of 2026 the hose has ruptured in numerous locations and sprays uncontrollably. I email customer support and over the course of a day or two I collect all the information the auto-reply requests. Since, I've received two replies, both seem like AI with nonsense email addresses (string of random characters type deal) asking for more information like seeking to confirm I want a replacement. When I reply, both emails bounce. Now it's been two weeks and they have stopped replying to my emails entirely. This company is a scam set up to make any follow-up impossible.

Amazon in 2023…failed

bought the unit via Amazon in 2023 July, the first unit failed within the first two years. The motor was not pumping pressure; CSR replaced a new one, which is how they deserved an additional star. However, the product was just not built to last. The second one failed in April 2026, with leaking within the enclosed unit, and Giraffe decided not to honor any further warranty. The only response was to give an additional percentage off on a new purchase. I feel like I'm heading a different route with another brand with longer warranty this time.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They never answer phone messages or repeated emails. I spoke to a third-party customer service call center, and she mentioned that there is no phone directly to "HQ" and you can only send emails, which they do not respond to. I ordered a splitter from them, and after two weeks, I still have not received it. I cannot recommend them as a company.
