Have purchased two pressure washer units. There was a problem with one of them that was replaced immediately. The after sales support was fast and pain free. What a pleasant change!

I installed the hose reel on my dock to service my boat easily. The reel system is the best for use at the dock. No loose hoses to trip on and a clean look as well. I had an issue with the hose expanding over time and not returning inside the housing as it did when new but when I emailed customer service, they sent me a new one to replace the malfunctioning one even though I was one month out of the 2 year warranty. I highly recommend the product and the company.

Bought the G20 pressure washer and vacuum,great service value and fair delivery times to rural nsw ,great products love the time it's saving me from having permanently setup ,had a problem with pressure washer however after sales were exemplary in their resolve with getting problem sorted , pleasure to deal with and a personal touch AAA++++

We purchased two of the 1/2" garden hose reels. The second one was the 155' one. They both have worked flawlessly and were a game-changer for us!

This year the 155' one would not return the hose. I was very pleased that Giraffe Tools Support sent us a replacement very quickly!

I really enjoy our Giraffe 1/2” x 130’ retractable hose reel, it comes in very handy. The plastic collar inside the reel failed recently, i pin pointed the failure and requested a replacement collar part. To my surprise Giraffe Tools is shipping a replacement hose reel to me, couldn’t ask for better customer support.

I have owned a pressure washer for approx. 12 months. After it recently had an issue, the customer team swiftly sorted out my issue and sent a brand-new washer. This is 5-star customer service and company that backs its product.

I had 2 items from them, I had some light issues with the item and they were really good in resolving my problem. The power wash is really good and powerful. Im really happy with the product.

Had some issues with my Pro Washer, sent email to customer service for repairs. They are sending me current new unit, just have to pay difference in old and new unit. Awesome service!

After a little more than a year I had a problem with my pressure washer with 100 ft retractable hose reel...I reached out to giraffe tools by email....they sent me a brand new upgraded model replacement.... Cant get no better than that...👍👍👍

We own 2 Giraffe water hose reels. We bought the first one in 2023 to help my wife water flower pots on our front porch and along the stairs leading to the hose. She was tired of struggling with the old ground sitting hose reels that were hard to use and stored heavy hoses. It was such a pleasant experience that we purchased another reel for the back patio in 2024 where we have numerous plants and had water toys for our grandson. They both worked well until one didn’t. The 2024 purchase just stopped retracting the other day. I tried all the prescribed fixes in the manual and website. It was just stuck and refused to retract. So, we had 110+ hose laying on the patio.

I contacted customer service and after providing the order number they informed me they would be shipping a replacement reel as soon as possible. The next day I received an email that the reel was being shipped to our home. According to the shipping company and tracking information provided by Giraffe Tools, it will arrive Saturday, 6 days after providing the needed order information.

I am so glad that this company stands by its products. The customer service representative, Doris, was friendly and most helpful. We are now considering purchasing their largest hose and reel for our workshop. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind thier products and does what it says it will do in a timely manner.
