Really good customer experience if you have any issues to resolve. They respond quickly and value the customer. Will definitely buy from them again.

Brilliant service! I ordered 2 blouses on Friday evening. When I checked my order confirmation I noticed I ordered one of the items in the wrong size. I sent an email to customer services requesting that my order be amended. On Saturday morning, I received an email from Jiya who confirmed that my order had been updated. I received my order today. Both blouses are lovely & both are the correct sizes - Thanks to Jiya! This was my first order with Gini London & after the amazing customer service and the speedy dispatch it definitely won’t be my last.

Placed an order recently via Debenhams online.

Items arrived very quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately I had to return them.

Customer services responded and my refund was given as soon as the items were received.

I ordered through matalan but could not return a waistcoat to a store. I had no return label or order label in the parcel. Tried emailing gini and email not gone through.Never order from matalan anything not returnable to store. Gini sent a link for a label but it does not work. Very annoyed come to a dead end.

Ordered a bikini on 7th September with expected delivery 11th-14th September in time for my holiday (17th). Here we are 15th September with no sign it has even been dispatched to courier! Will be returning for refund once (if ever) received!

My package arrived on time- earlier than I thought. It was in good condition and the fur jacket was well packaged. It was exactly what I thought and value for money. Thank you!!

The dresses I ordered were lovely and felt like good quality for the price. The ones showing cleavage are probably more suited for larger breasts as they were a bit loose on me. They sent out my express order very quickly and it arrived in time for a wedding. I returned some of the items and was refunded within a reasonable time. Very pleasant experience.

Trying to order a dress for a wedding - both through 3rd party websites…very poor experiences!
First order through Debenhams and the dress was sent in the wrong size (2 sizes too small!) and correct size had gone out of stock so I was unable to request an exchange.
I then found the same dress available on Boohoo, so placed my order. This time I received the completely wrong dress, also in the wrong size! Again, the dress I had actually ordered was now showing as “out of stock”.
Both times, although ordered through third party websites, the dresses have come from Gini London directly and are required to be returned directly as well, so I do not believe this to be an issue with the other retailers.
If an item becomes unavailable, the customer should be notified and refunded automatically, not an unsuitable alternative sent with no communication from Gini London!
I am extremely disappointed as I have now paid for 2 x delivery costs and, whilst I have requested refunds for these dresses, I will not be reimbursed my delivery fees.

Jiya responded quickly to my query about receipt of a return and processed my refund straight away

Bought a gini London bikini online via the matalan website- nothing wrong with it (lovely bikini) sadly it just wasn't for me. Return policy was easy to follow as had to return to gini London, not matalan. Customer service was excellent- replied promptly to emails and when there was delay due to matalan refunding, they sorted it quickly for me.

I received a gorgeous co-ord shorts set from this company. It was absolutely lovely and great quality but had to return as the elastic in the arms was a bit tight around my fat arms.
I didn't receive a refund so emailed them to enquire sending my receipt of postage, this was sent last night (Friday) and received a message back from Jini this morning who was super efficient and processed my refund straight away, they hadn't received my parcel but refunded as proof of postage through royal mail.
I am very impressed with this efficiency, it was so nice to not have to battle to get my refund unlike Debenhams who I've stopped buying from as every single time I returned something it was a real battle and very stressful trying to sort out, so very well done ginny London I will definitely buy from you again and thank you for the stress free experience

Bought items through another company. Wanting a return due to fit (lovely products. Just didn’t fit my postpartum body). Customer services very helpful in assisting my return and refund. Process was just quite lengthy

I bought a dress a while ago and was then unwell. By the time I was better I had lost weight so it was too big but I was outside of the return window. I emailed customer care and had a response within one day agreeing to a return and exchange for a smaller size. The dress is beautiful and the customer service even better, especially in an age where actually being able to get through to a human is often difficult.
Would highly recommend this company.

I’d been admiring a dress on Gini London Facebook page for a while but have always been wary of ordering in case not legitimate. I liked the dress so much that I decided to chance it.

My order should have been received within a few days but wasn’t. A follow up email with Gini London quickly resolved the issue, replacement dress was sent and I received it within a few days.

The dress is lovely. Material is good quality, and true to size. Will probably be my favourite go to dress.

Excellent customer service provided by Jiya. Two dresses, although beautiful were far too long, returned them but they hadn’t arrived, once I shared my receipts from posting them, refund was organised within 24 hours.

I had reason to deal with customer services concerning a return. My online query was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I was entirely happy with the outcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
