From when we initially went to look at a new sofa we have nothing but exemplary service. The sales team took time with us and fully explained all aspects of purchase and delivery. The delivery team were fantastic and ensured that the sofa was delivered safely and intact.

Your sales manager in Aberdeen, Stephen Muirhead, was very helpful when I made my purchase in May 2026.
The furniture was ultimately available for delivery within the timescales advised by Stephen (the fact that I was on holiday meant that I could not accept delivery as soon as it was offered).
Your delivery team of Steve and Brian made swift and light work of unloading and getting the furniture into my living room yesterday morning (within the notified time slot) despite having to take the settee though my garage after we discovered that my front door was a little too narrow to allow it to pass through without risking the settee being scratched by the rendering around the doorway.
This was my first purchase from Gillies and I am pleased to note that your staff lived up to the company’s excellent reputation.

I had a really good experience when choosing and ordering my new flooring from Gillies. The sales woman Tracy was extremely professional and knowledgeable which helped make my decisions easy and stress free. The carpet fitters were extremely professional too. They even removed all the rubbish and hoovered up before they left. I would definitely recommend this store and purchase from them again.
