A real taste of home
The selection of hampers was great, especially as I wanted one without alcohol and not so much chocolate. I chose one with particular Irish products which evoke our sense of home, including Tayto crisps -who doesn't like Tayto! Ordered on Monday and delivered to France on Friday, excellent!

Extremely Disappointing Delivery Experience - Gift Misdelivered and Delayed
I ordered a birthday gift for a friend with a scheduled delivery date of Feb 13th. However, the experience was a nightmare.
The parcel was not delivered until Feb 17th—4 days late—and it was sent to the wrong address! DPD left the parcel at "Helen’s Kidswear" on a different road instead of the correct address (Qian Kee). The driver never contacted the recipient, and the delivery photo provided was of an unfamiliar location. My friend had to go and find the parcel themselves at another shop.
A birthday gift should bring joy, not stress and labor for the recipient. GiftsDirect needs to hold their courier (DPD) accountable for such poor service. I am very upset that my heart-felt gift caused so much trouble. （Order #100613343）
