Always there when needed

I was with Zoomi for over a year and a half till I sold my car. My car had an alternator failure and Zoomi swiftly took care of it with the repair shop. They are great with very good customer service.

I am writing to express my…worst experience with Zoomi

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Zoomi, the warranty company for my vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been far from satisfactory, and I believe it is crucial to share my concerns.

Upon purchasing the warranty, I was given assurances that turned out to be inaccurate, and I feel misled regarding the coverage I was promised. When I filed a claim for issues with my vehicle, the response time was exceptionally slow, taking a total of five days for Zoomi to acknowledge my claim.

The process further exacerbated my frustration when Zoomi informed me that an investigator needed to assess whether the issues were pre-existing before I purchased the warranty. Following the inspection, it took an additional three days for Zoomi to provide feedback. Contrary to my understanding, they denied coverage by asserting that the problems were pre-existing, a claim I strongly dispute.

Despite my repeated requests, Zoomi has yet to provide me with the report submitted by the inspector. This lack of transparency is concerning and contributes to my overall dissatisfaction with their service.

In summary, my experience with Zoomi has led me to believe that they prioritize sales and monthly payments over honoring legitimate claims. I find their practices to be deceptive, and I caution others considering their services to be aware of the potential challenges when it comes to claim resolution.

First, I’d like to apologize for the negative experience you had with our company. Our intention is to improve customers’ experiences with vehicle service contracts, and your experience shows that we have fallen short in this instance. We fully stand by our 30-day money back guarantee, and for that reason have already issued a refund of your payments to us.

As our customer service representative explained prior to your purchase, claims made immediately after your coverage goes live may raise red flags with our claims team. Because you filed a $5000+ claim for various repairs throughout your vehicle only a few days after your coverage went live, our claims department chose to have an independent inspector examine your vehicle at no cost to you.

Upon examining your vehicle, the inspector found an improperly installed left axle dust ring and failure of the right control arm due to a previous impact. Additionally, grime buildup on the front struts, combined with clear previous replacements of related parts, suggested that your vehicle experienced previous issues with the struts that were not completely remedied. Combined, these findings led the claims team to conclude that the claim was pre-existing, and not the result of a sudden or catastrophic mechanical failure.

Regarding the time it took to complete the analysis of your claim, I truly apologize for this delay. After an inspector was requested on the day you filed your claim, it took longer than usual for someone to be able to examine your vehicle due to short staff around the holiday season. Additionally, we did not receive the completed inspection until the claims office had closed for Christmas, so our claims team was unable to complete their analysis of the claim until after returning from the holiday. We take responsibility for this delay and will work to expand our claims availability around holidays in an effort to ensure this does not happen in the future.

Again, we are truly sorry for your negative experience. We will incorporate your feedback going forward and hope to improve our company as a result.

Best car warranty experience ever!

The first car warranty company that DIDN’T pressure me into buying coverage! I called to ask questions, and was surprised by the great customer service. They took the time to explain their plans without pressuring me to make a decision on the phone. They also haven’t been spam calling me after our first call like all of the other warranty companies. Great to see a company finally giving people what they want!

I was impressed with how easy it was to navigate the website and get a quote/price, especially when this can be such a slow moving industry. At first I thought that covering my car at the price that Zoomi showed seemed too good to be true, but after looking through the site and seeing that Zoomi works with experienced coverage providers, the doubt started to go away. It also looks like all Zoomi plans our backed by A-rated insurance companies which makes me feel a bit better about the quote.

Zoomi is worth it!

I signed up with Zoomi because of the convenience of their warranty. Their month-to-month coverage plan is just way more affordable than committing to a 3 year warranty plan with other companies. So far they’ve been extremely helpful and assisted me with every step along the way! Definitely check it out!

Easy to navigate and affordable

Of all the extended car warranty sites I stumbled upon, zoomi was by far the most user friendly and easiest to navigate. Their customer service was top tier and it was clear where to go when looking for help, FAQ’s, or getting into contact with a representative. Additionally, zoomi was the only site that did not require you to enter personal information prior to providing you with a quote. For me, this shows great customer service as I know I won’t have to worry about receiving calls, texts or emails about a service if I do not plan on using it. Thankfully, zoomi’s plans are a “no brainer” to utilize as they can save you a great deal of money! Overall a great experience.

Wanting an extented car warranty I went online to start my search. Found Zoomi to be the most user-friendly visually pleasing site.Only company that didn't require my phone no. prior to giving me cost. Can purchase online. Most affordale without comprimise to coverage! Will diffently purchase car warranty from Zoomie!

Affordable!

Zoomi's customer service was really great and I love that it's a monthly commitment. When I was researching which warranty I should get, ZoomiCare was definitely cheaper. For my car, it was $87 per month with Zoomi while the cheapest elsewhere was $137! I also love that Zoomi doesn't require me to enter my info before giving me a quote.

Site is very easy to use and the coverage options are presented in a clear and transparent way. Best prices for extended warranties I’ve seen, and I love that I can purchase online and cancel anytime if I change my mind. Even though the company is young, it’s reassuring to see they’ve partnered with industry experts.
