Do not trust this company, I received a notification via the HMRC app that a refund for £54.05 had been issued to this company. I chased them for the money and was advised "We processed a small refund on your behalf of £54.05. As this was less than our fee of 28% (+VAT) PLUS £50 (+VAT), you are not due a refund. Please note our fees are limited to the amount of the refund received and not a penny more!"
How many other people has this happened too. They will be making a lot of money. Avoid at all costs!!!

I am so angry that this company frauded a document to say I had agreed to work with them, which they sent to HMRC, and have stolen nearly £4,000 from me.
PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

78% of a claim lost. Easy money! Don't recall signing up to them (apparently over a year ago) but they had my signature so what could I do? I just hope they do nothing else on my behalf.

Worse company to deal with my claim, got a letter from hmrc regarding I paid too much tax was supposed to get paid £131 and I got £26.99, so they took 80% of what I was getting.dont use them or they will use you.

This company is a FRAUD - They get your personal details and inform the HMRC they are acting on my behalf when i have never heard or instructed them to do so! HMRC should have advised me of this when this company attached themselves to my personal file. I was owed £144 and received a cheque for £37 they took 85% of my money in fees and VAT! Wont answer a call nor my emails sent not 1 advisor has called me back! When HMRC contact you with owed TAX look at the letter and make sure they are not sending your money to another third party like these FRAUDS! Im disgusted and will be furthering my complaint and asking HMRC to send the money directly to me.

Do not use these I got letter from HMRC saying that I was owed over 100 pound by the time these greedy people took off there percentage and charged me vat they sent me a check for 14 pound disgusting

I got a letter from the HMRC saying I was due a refund of £118 and they were sending it here, which is great as I’m extremely low on funds this month.
Then I get a letter and a check from here for just £18, because of the 28% and £50 fee’s I only received a small percentage of what I was due.
Don’t get me wrong, I accept it’s my fault for not being aware of the fee’s.
It’s just annoying that I overpaid my tax money to HMRC, but because their fees aren’t adjusted for smaller tax returns, I lost out on most of that money because they took around 85% of it in fee’s for a service I applied to a long time ago, long enough to forget even doing it.

Had a rebate cheque sent directly from hmrc haven't received a penny or any contact to say I've been charged fees or any correspondence at all do not use this company the money has just vanished and only because I have access to hmrc online that I know they have been sent the cheque

I have complained to HMRC about this shite company !! Never heard of them , had no dealings with them , yet they sent me a cheque for £72.42 from £199 HMRC owed ME!!!!!!!!!! So i have demanded the full monies back from HMRC and sending this cheque back to TAX RETURNED with a note also told HMRC not to deal with them in future
