5 months after this company supposedly submitted my tax return I still haven't had any correspondence despite sending numerous mails to them

It was easy for me to do it without having any help

My review was removed copy and paste!!!

So I wasted my time filling out all my details etc for a rebate of 60.60 and to be given a cheque of 0.60.

The fee is so high £50! And then £10 for vat!!! Should of bloody kept the 60p too!!!

I get why they promote tax returned to pay wages from other peoples tax rebate!

Will not use again and will warn others not to waste time with it!!! We get taxed on everything and when we can get a bit back it’s taken! Stupid system! Greed!!!

Maybe if you are self employed this is a good service but if your tax is auto deducted they can't do anymore than you do yourself. I received smaller rebates and got no money back at all from them due to the amounts being under £50 for each year they got me something back but collectively exceeded £50. The company said I was not due money so have just kept my tax rebates basically and after I have realised I could have filled the same form on HMRC website and claimed this myself and got the full rebate. Lesson learned but I would stay clear as they take high percentages and do very little work that you can easily do yourself.

Avoid avoid avoid… draws you in with claims to help get you money back for uniform washing or working from home… then charge Extortionate fee’s and will continue to access your tax account claiming a percentage of any future refunds that you can quite easily claim yourself! Claimed £750 of my £2k refund! AVOID

I would legit give 0 stars if I could. Have no idea who this company is yet they’ve claimed my money from HMRC. Still had no response from the company directly when asked them no contact numbers for them only email which is a joke. I want my money!

Used these guys and took them over the stated time to get my tax return. I then sorted it myself due to needing the money ASAP. They are now sending threatening emails stating they will get people to my house to remove goods, although, they didn't do anything, I sorted it all myself and they went against their own contract by taking longer than stated. Also sent 3 emails over the last 2 months without reply. Scammers

They are scammers I asked for advice they then proceeded to get HMRC to sent them my rebate ??? I signed nothing but they still managed to steal my rebate he very careful

Absolute rob dogs! HMRC have informed me of a refund of £62.44. Apparently this company received the money in June this year, however they've never contacted me about it and of course I've not seen a penny. TRL had written to me 31st July this year to advise HMRC had awarded me £272.63 and that it had been paid directly to me. They emailed me demanding £90 to be paid to them in fees with a payment link. Well on contacting HMRC, the do not have any record of this amount. Imagine if I had made a payment to TRL. Thinking I would get this payment straight to my bank. I do not recommend this company, their fees are extortionate, you can't get through to them on the phone, and they blatantly lie about what you are owed. Avoid at all costs.
