Still months on and no cards on one…
Still months on and no cards on one time brands even though the app on App Store promote these as being an option. Every time a review is left told to email however email is same response just pauses with update but that’s 6 months a long update just be honest with your customers are they even coming back?

One time card Issue
I have used the One-Time Card successfully four times in the past. However, for the last six months, it has been unavailable. Despite contacting your team numerous times, I have repeatedly been told that it is a system issue and that the service will be available again soon.
Six months is an extremely long time for a technical issue to remain unresolved, and I am finding this explanation increasingly difficult to believe.
Meanwhile, flights available through Vuelo are considerably more expensive, leaving me wondering whether customers are effectively being pushed towards higher-priced bookings because the One-Time Card option is unavailable. I cannot say for certain that this is intentional, but the prolonged lack of a solution and the repeated assurances have seriously undermined my trust in your service.
I was genuinely counting on Vuelo to help me purchase flights at competitive prices. Unfortunately, after this experience, I no longer feel confident that Vuelo can offer me the value or service I expected.
I would appreciate a clear and honest explanation of why the One-Time Card has been unavailable for six months, whether there is a genuine plan to restore it, and when customers can realistically expect it to become available again.
Please provide a meaningful response rather than another generic assurance that the issue will be resolved soon.

The app is poor. It bugs out when you try to make a booking. Then will charge you though nothing has been confirmed

Vuelo - an honest review.
Very simple to apply, app is great and easy to use and had no issues using the card paying for our hotel. Great customer service, timely reminders about upcoming payments. Overall a really good experience and would recommend with no hesitation.
