Ultimate Auction Software Recensioni

Impressive support from Hiren!

Hiren has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Hiren took the time to understand my requirements, answered all my questions clearly, and provided practical solutions whenever I encountered an issue.

The prompt support and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience smooth and stress free. Even when I needed clarification or assistance with specific features, Hiren was patient and ensured everything was resolved properly.

A pleasure to work with. Thank you Hiren, for the excellent support!

Communicative and committed. Happy :)

I reached out to the Ultimate Auction support team as I was experiencing some difficulties editing some details on my website. Hiren was most helpful and quick to respond. he communicated very clearly and even visited my site and helped make the updates I desired. I was very happy with the response time and the lengths that Hiren went to to help me get the best possible experience for the Ultimate Auction Plugin.

We’ve been using Ultimate Auction on our fundraising website and honestly couldn’t be happier with it. The plugin is very easy to set up, works smoothly, and offers all the features we needed to run successful online auctions for donations and charity campaigns.

What we especially like is how user-friendly it is, both for us as administrators and for the people placing bids.

Support has also been excellent whenever we had questions. If you’re looking for a solid auction plugin for fundraising, charity events, or online bidding, we definitely recommend Ultimate Auction!

I’ve been using Ultimate Auction Theme Pro for my website, and recently needed help resolving a PageSpeed performance issue caused by development-mode React/Babel scripts loading site-wide. The team worked through the problem with me and we achieved meaningful improvements — TBT reduced to 0ms and PageSpeed score reaching 75. Communication was responsive and the SSH key handling was confirmed to be handled securely. A small but dedicated team that follows through on technical issues.

I want to thank the team behind Ultimate Auction for their excellent support.

I chose their plugin and have been very impressed. They went above and beyond by helping me log into WordPress, install the license key, and even assist with setup and configuration.

It’s a smaller company, but their support is outstanding—fast, helpful, and very hands-on. They also offer website development and SEO services, which is a big plus.

We used the Ultimate Auction Pro plug-in to successfully manage an online bull sale. The support that we received was great, the team was very quick with the little adjustments we required. The platform worked flawlessly during the sale.

Excellent support and solid plugin

I’m very satisfied with the support provided by the Ultimate WooCommerce Auction Pro team. They were professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the setup process, especially while configuring the payment flow and testing the auction system.

The plugin itself is powerful, well-structured, and clearly built for serious projects. The team’s willingness to assist and clarify every detail made the whole experience much smoother.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable auction solution with great technical support behind it.

Brilliant customer service when I had a technical issue beyond me!

A great team, a great assistance, a perfect customization

I am extremely satisfied with the Ultimate Auction Pro Plugin and the outstanding support provided by the team. They were professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to solve my issue with the “won email” notifications. The solution was implemented quickly and works perfectly. I highly recommend this plugin and the team behind it — excellent service and a great product!

The support team is really excellent. I always get quick answers and great solutions. We like the product and can use everything smoothly. Customization and integration problems were always been solved.

The support team was responsive and understood my issues (just some customization) the first time around. I have been using their auction plugin for a couple of years now and regularly suggest it to my network, which is also interested in running online auctions. Keep up the good work!

Nihar and the folks at Ultimate Auction were really great in helping us with doing some extra modifications to the way the standard auction software worked. It's working exactly like how my client wanted. Perfect! Thanks you guys!

The plugin works great, has all the functionality you would want on your auction site. But best and most impressive of all is their customer service team - they are so incredibly helpful!

Very professional approach, delivered what they said they would, plus more. I totally recommend using them, hopefully you will get Nihar.

We have been using the Ultimate Auction Pro plugin for many years to host charity auctions. For our purposes the plugin suits and contains the features we require. It is a nice way to extend the capabilities of Wordpress and WooCommerce.

This product is really great. I was testing a lot of similar porducts, but I stopped when I found this one. It's everything I wanted and even more.

Extra, bonus: very good, kind and fast support, which helped me and solved my little issue in a couple of hours.

6/5

What a difference four years makes! When I first tried Ultimate Auction Software's plug-in in 2020, it had much to be desired and did not play well with websites built with Elegant Themes page builder software (i.e. DIVI).

Additionally, the team did not have a good understanding of how most online car auctions work.

Fast forward to 2025, and it's clear Nitesh and his team have listened to their customers and have developed a solid product in their Theme offering. Offering a great theme is one thing, but having their team log in to my site and host to get everything set up correctly was a considerable time savings for me. I'm convinced implementing their Theme will be a game changer for my business.

The only reason I'm not giving five stars is as a B2B growing software provider, they will need to figure out a way to be able to provide support over weekends and holidays, which is only exacerbated by the 9.5 hour time difference between the U.S. and India.

Good experience
